The wait time needs work, but the food did have good taste, plus the heat lamps are dry out your chicken lamps. The jars of spices could be dusted from time to time or even shaken up.When it comes to using the app for a qr code scanner, the cashier told a customer, they couldn't....Please get a scanner.Ordering with a qr code scanner would increase the time by at least 15-20%

This Popeyes is dirty. I saw an employee put his hands in the garage and without washing his hands he went back to handle food. When I complained he called me a nasty name. What ever happened to customer service? Most fast foods places acts like they are doing you a favor. Guess what, I am a paying customer and I demand good food and good service
