Go directly to the store, and order in person to see what they have available.You must come in with no expectations and think of it as a lottery.The ever-rotating staff are often overwhelmed and under-supported. There was literally one guy working frontline, back line, and drive-thru. My man was doing everything he could. And honestly it probably was smoother than a lot of times I come. Whoever the gentleman was deserved a shoutout and some damn help. a shame that the food inspector had to stop to help the employee.

Overall experience lackluster at best I've been here at least six times combined drive-thru and inside . I did have an order for the first time ever delivered through Uber and not only was it cold it was like the chicken was reheated. I had chicken tenders. They were hard again like they were reheated and I got two of the same order. I seriously wanted to go back there and return both of them but as hungry as I was eight half of mine and my friend didn't even touch two bites of theirs." Pitch, Chicago foodie"

Chicken sandwich huge. The fries.....every other fry hard as rock. Didnt like that they didnt put the chicken in some kind of container. They threw the chicken in the bottom of a bag, and then put the separate bag that contained the chicken inside, ....they put that bag inside the bag with the fries....right on top of the over cooked burrnt fries. Nope.

This place could be awesome if employees cared. There was no ice for soda, I wanted small but got med, so half was thrown out! If you're going to drown sandwich in mayo, GIVE MORE THEN 2 NAPKINS! The chicken wasn't on bun properly so half had no meat and half hung over side ?. You can't reposition it cause mayo acts like glue.??. It could have been delish.?

I have been eating popeyes chicken since forever. I was at the location on broadway sheridan rd and devon ave in chicago, across from where I live.And I know they change ownership and management often. But, I decided to stop in and get a 4-piece mixed. You only get one side with a 4-piece, so I got the coleslaw and ordered a large mash w/gravey. Well no need to say that this was a big mistake. Lol, the chicken tasted like cardboard, and it was supposed to be spicy. The mashed potatoes were watered down, and when I say @watered down” yes!This is the first really bad experience I have ever had at a popeyes chicken, I mean how does this happen?I have eaten popeyes in several other states, and popeyes has always tasted the same.So what happened this time….and hopefully the owner will see this since no one answers the phone there!
