Why is it every time I order this mean the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger it’s either just the bun and the chicken or it just bacon . Why can’t I ever get the meal the way you advertise it???? So disappointed!! How can you let unfinished meals leave your restaurant?????
I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders through doordash. Someone thought this was okay to serve, it hardly had any chicken. It was all breading and hard and refried.

You guys take so long almost half an hour on the drive thru

Horrible customer service. Drive thru will not respond until you pull up to the window and plead to get a response. No order taking until you are forced to go back through the drive thru and wait for over 30 minutes. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Please don’t go to this restaurant because it needs to be shut down. 0 stars!!!!!
Expect slow, super slow service. Inept and incompetent workers and super rude, no good customer service skills AT ALL. That has been my experience during the different times I’ve visited this location and I believe it’s really just a reflection of poor, incompetent, , unprofessional, could care less management as well. They’re miserable doing their job so they want their customers to have a miserable experience as well.
