Store # 2859. 10/21/2023 1:56, girl taking order was very mean. Every question I asked she had an evil unfriendly stare as if she was mad. I had a coupon I showed her my phone the code. Then she asked to see the timer and seemed angry for some reason. My Mac n cheese was half full, no honey, no jelly, and wouldn't allow me to have a thigh instead of a wing, rude nasty and I did not enjoy my food as I do the other popeyes

This is the best Popeyes, I have been in since visiting Orlando Florida Disneyland, the food was fresh customer service was excellent.The chicken was in fact spicy like back in the day you don't get this type of service or food quality from the other Popeyes.My mom enjoyed the ghost pepper wings so well from eating a 6 piece, I had to go the next day and get her another 6 piece, but I got her a 12 piece and she stays south from this location.

AWFUL SERVICE! Everyone has an attitude for no reason. The busted up speaker box needs to be replaced because the workers keep yelling at customers and getting easily frustrated when they can’t hear people’s orders! Everyone needs anger management training and they need a new manager there as well. All she did was stand around while everyone else disrespected customers.
