I came in today to get my son some Ghost Pepper wings. Toya took care of me and the other people in line. It was lots of people in line, do to this Popeyes been short workers. We all know customer service can make a big difference. I thought Toya was the manager. She was amazing! She worked that line!!! She let us know how long our wait would be, kept us informed about our order and did it with a smile!!!! I also noticed her sanitizing her hands! NEVER have I seen that at a Popeyes!!!!! They were really swamped in the actual line and in the Popeyes drive thru.But by the time she took care of us everyone was smiling despite the wait!! I really appreciated her jovial demeanor despite it all!! Make Toya the manager!!!!!!!!! You better work Toya!!!!

This location probably needs to close. The workers are ghetto and unprofessional. The wait times are crazy. I just stood in the lobby for like 5min without being acknowledged and it’s like 6 people back there. Every one of them made eye contact and said nothing. The cook was the only one who yelled out to the staff that there was a lobby full of people. The drive through is no better. The lobby is dirty, staff unfriendly and unprofessional. If I hadn’t been this way for the Sox game I wouldn’t have stopped. If I hadn’t paid on the app I wouldn’t even be here right now

It's Ridiculous that it takes a grubhub order almost 2hrs to get it delivered!! The employees are very very rude to the customers and delivery drivers and this place need to be reported

Terrible service, employees are very rude, wait time is ridiculous. If you place an online order or pick up a doordash expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to get someone to give you the order.

The wait time in this drive through is ridiculous. The cashiers seem to service one car at a time - they take the order, prepare the order and take the payment literally one car at a time before moving to the next customer. This is the same location that when customers arrived to the drive through window to pay, staff would always ask customers to back up to reset the clock. Corporate really needs to address the issues at this location, hire better staff and management.Too bad KFC next door closed... guess I'll be frying chicken at home....

Hot, fresh, and tasty. It's been years since I visited this location. I'm glad I did. I had the 3 piece spicy/white meal and a shrimp tackle box. Both were delicious.

35th and kingr drive location... Ordered garlic parmesean wings with 5 piece chicken tender meal. Wings barely has sauce and didnt get my tenders meal.. received 4 chicken thighs.. 2 discuits.. no hot sauce, no napkins an hr later. Manager apparently allow staff to go on break and my half my food sat there.. told the uber driver she could leave if she wanted to.

I placed an online order at this location, and it was my first time and last time returning here. I had to wait 45 minutes for my online order the employees were rude customer service was jacked up, and I asked why taking so long and the employee got nasty with me, and plus my food was cold and stale tasting. I will be contacting corporate about this location count your days Popeyes on 35th. I hope they close this location down.

Small. Trash customers. Folks asking for the senior discount but don't even look 55. Older lady taking orders but she isn't well trained enuff to be able to input a "senior discount" into the register. Order a 4 piece for my daughter with fries. Took under 10 mins even tho the threshold is 3 minutes. It's fine. I'm used to waiting longer. It's OK.
