To hot sandwhich loving (addicted in my case) people I really hope I convince atleast just one person to experience this gastronomic ecstasy if they have not tried Potbelly yet. Sooo GOOOD everytime I go back. The Italian sandwhich literally defies what most sandwhich shops succumb to-the law of diminishing return. These are just as fresh and fabuluosly tasting as the first one I ever ate and seek to enjoy over and over no matter which US state I eat it. I consume the one original sized sandwich and I am fed and happy the entire day.

Don't think I would have survived college without this establishment. I probably sampled their entire menu. My favourites are 1) chicken salad sandwich, 2) turkey breast sandwich, 3) meatball sandwich, 4) tuna salad sandwich, and 5) mushroom melt. I always went with big and whole grain/multigrain. Yumm!!

Tried to make a to go order by phone; said they do not do that, must order online; however, we could not order kid's menu items online because it is not an option; called back, explained situation, and asked if they could take an order over the phone, they said they cannot. Hard to believe they cannot take an order over the phone, just don't think they were being very friendly and we were a bother to them.

It's Potbelly's, if you know the chain you're gonna get what you expect.Good shakes, warm sandwiches. Prices going up, but that's everything nowadays.

Potbelly used to be so much better. We got a bad stomachache after eating there for lunch.

Terrible service. I ordered a VEGETARIAN mediterranean and then got a chicken one. I told them (and they did remake the sandwich which was super nice). I was hoping to get like a bag of chips or something for free (which obviously their right to refuse) but they said no on the grounds that it was my fault for not telling him to make it vegetarian. To be clear, I told him 3 times, even after I saw him put chicken on to confirm that he knew it was vegetarian. And okay let's say it was my fault but to then yell at me about in is just not okay. Workers are super mean, especially the manager.

Sandwiches were great. Milkshake was over flowing which made it sticky and half way through drinking the shake found 4 piece's of straws wrapper. Not finishing this thing.

My friend and I came just before 8:30pm, knowing they close at 9pm. Even still, when we walked in my friend asked if they were open as a courtesy, and the man working behind the counter looked put off and said "yeah, only for the next 30m," while looking at the clock. Then, my friend tried to order a salad and he again seemed annoyed, and said "we haven't had a salad order in several hours, so I don't have fresh stuff... i'd have to go in the back and check if we have any more..." and just stood there. My friend declined and said she'd go elsewhere. But #1- why aren't there fresh options when you are still open for a good 30m? #2- why would you even state that, and not just go ahead and go check because that's your job? He was waiting for her to politely decline, which she did. The whole experience made us feel unwelcome and I would not come back to this location. I am very courteous and understand things like this can happen, maybe 10m til close. But come on, if you're open for 30m please don't treat your customers as if they're putting you off to do your job. 2 stars only because the food I was able to get, was ok.
