Service was very friendly and professional, and the sandwiches really hit the spot. We got there just before a long line formed, but the staff kept rolling and moved people along. First time at this location, but based on the crowd, this is a very popular destination.

The sandwich was good. Place wasn't at all busy, so Hello, cleanup on pretty much all of the tables, please. I'd really like to sit at a clean table to eat my Sandwich. Also, why is there a tray of bread left sitting out by the washrooms.
Just ordered an Avo Turkey. The kid didn’t put on the avocado or cucumbers. 2 of the 5 ingredients including the bread. Come on people!

I called the store and Lewis/Luis was very unprofessional. I even asked for a manager (as it was for a job) and he brushed me off. Do better.

3 times in a row now that after ordering online specifying EXTRA MAYO, they don't put any mayo at all! I understand equal opportunity jobs but at least hire people that can read!!!

It's pot belly. Not always the fastest service but consistent, clean, and convenient for the neighborhood. Always great food. The order ahead online options are easy and they haven't messed up an order yet. Never done delivery with them so can't speak to that.
Their broc cheddar soup is now watered down.
