Horrible service. I went to get an orange juice and coffee and I had my family sitting with me but they did not want anything. We heard our server mumble 4 people for only a coffee. This behavior is incredibly rude. Also I had to go chase her to get my check. Also, When I went to the hostess to ask for my check she said I had to go find my server and that she could not do anything for me, then I saw her handing out another costumer the check. Horrible service, stay away. I hope their day gets better, I really don’t know what I did wrong to get this horrible service. I just came to enjoy my oj and coffee. If they wouldn’t be so rude, we have probably spent more money. Also the coffee was really watered down. So if you don’t want to miss your flight, have good food and service go somewhere else.

Ordered a half chicken dinner with frites and it was like a whole chicken and 2 lbs of potatoes! Very generous portion and really good too.

The beer on tap was a bit flat. The food was tasty, but personal service was lacking for the price. Diners are left to order via QR code at the table. This experience could be improved.

Waited 35 minutes for my food never got it, was told 2 minutes about 5 times. Ended up leaving to make my flight. If you have over an hour might be a good spot.

I ordered a "smoked turkey" salad that came with a red meat (ham) which they insisted was smoked turkey. As well, the salad was sparse and small for $21. I would have loved to send the meats to a lab just to prove to them they were lying about the meat on the salad.

The pub burger here ($19.50) is paper thin. I added avocado (which is just green paste it turns out) and an egg. Selected fries with it. My total was just pennies shy of $30 with tax. Lots of better more reasonably priced options nearby. Go around the corner and get 3 sausage dogs for the same price. Disappointing and overpriced.

Solid breakfast that uses pretty nice ingredients from bread to eggs to bacon. Coffee is best I've had at an airport. It's $4 but you get a refill and they give you real half & half. Service is pretty good. My guy was hit and miss. The location is good as you can generally look out the windows while eating. I considered the Cubs Restaurant before I passed on it. That place was dark and too sports-y and not very inviting. This will be my go-to breakfast when I go through ORD from now on. Prices are insane of course but this place is not any more expensive than any other sit-down.

Pretty impossible to get someone to come over to you or refill your water. But again it's the airport there aren't any great places

Sat down and could not get the app to work, got an error message and was advised to notify a server. I let someone know, sat there while others were waited on, and as I stood up to leave server finally came. Cancelled order, went to Macaroni Grill, server had a drink and my order in immediately.

Spectacular burger...WOW!!!! Exceptional Patty, delicious bacon & unbelievable cheese served on a great brioche bun!!! Super busy location in terminal 3 just outside TSA PRE checkpoint. But service is wonderful. Great beer selection & my wife had chicken sand w side salad - she describes it as "wonderful" w excellent bread. Absolutely worth a visit - NOT airport food
