I'll start with saying the food is the very best part of this restaurant, highlighting some of my favs like the mussels, classic pizzas and beef short rib. now to vent, something must have changed whether that be management or maybe just rose colored glasses at first but the service here is proving to be incompetent. during this last visit my party of six got every single dish (6 dishes) and multiple rounds of drinks expect for one order of shrimp diavolo that took TWO HOURS to come to our table, we asked the server 4 times in two hours and the excuse was "the kitchen is backed up" every time we asked. funny enough the same exact situation happened the visit before this so it's now becoming a pattern. the server did end up sending her manager over to let us know he'd take the shrimp off the bill and to apologize but at this point we were pretty annoyed and didn't really care about an apology because that's honestly b.s ive worked in hospitality and i know what it is like but at some point when issues arise you should expedite and rectify before it gets out of hand especially at a nicer establishment where good money is being spent. that's all, we love this restaurant so i'm sure we will be back in the future but it's frustrating that again this has become a pattern for a restaurant that can do better.

During our visit, we enjoyed several small plates along with some wine, and everything was excellent. Our questions about the wine were answered thoroughly. While the tables were fairly close together and the bar was a bit loud, it didn't bother us. However, I thought I'd mention it in case you're seeking a more intimate dining experience.

Im 16 M and went with my family and my sisters new boyfriend but i waited 3 hours for the shrimp deovlo which comes with about 6 or 10 pieces of shrimp and i watched my family enjoy their food while our server had ignored us after 3 times we asked her she would walk by and not even try and tell us a estimated time of the food and the manager then tried to act like he understood what we were unhappy about but just trying to get us out the restaurant as fast as he could and sad part is that the food is delicious

I was so disappointed with my dinner here. It was expensive, but the food and ambiance were so low quality. My fiancé and I came here to celebrate 2 years ago and it was amazing. It seems like the quality has gone downhill since Fall 2022. We ordered the white bean garlic dip appetizer (no flavor, would not recommend), the caprese salad (this dish was decent), the penne alla vodka (awful), the shrimp risotto (flavorless), and the short rib. The short rib was the one dish I really enjoyed! I would recommend. And it had a slight spiciness in the salsa verde they put on top.The Penne alla Vodka was terrible. Something tasted off about it, like spoiled cream or cheese. I smelled it and tried one bite. Sometimes you just know when it’s best not to east something, so we didn’t touch that dish.There’s a bread machine in the middle of the dining room. It was SO loud. I believe they used it to cut all the loaves. Why keep that in the middle of a dining room? It sounds like the machine you use when you’re drying out your swimsuit at the local pool lol. So loud and distracting. And they did this through our entire meal - it never stopped.Seems like this place has gone from a fun Italian small plates joint to go celebrate and enjoy good food, to more of a tourist trap with low quality food. Sadly I would not recommend it anymore. I wonder what happened.

Awesome pizza, authentic Italian style. Most of everything else we tried was great as well except for a criminally bland caprese salad made with the most tasteless tomatoes I've had the displeasure of trying.That aside, all else was excellent. Certainly good enough to go back two days in a row. ??
