Based on previous reviews we decided to make the drive from Logan Square to Querrepario in Archer Heights. The drive was totally worth it!The food is perfectly seasoned and portioned well. It's truly authentic food from Guerrero. The homemade tortillas are so good and were made to order. Everthing we ate was good. The food is delicious, excellent service, and to top it off the place is very clean. We'll definitely be going back.Highly recommended!!Kid-friendliness: Totally laid back atmosphere and very child friendly, my 4 year old loved the food.

The food here is awesome, and I think the best Mexican food out there here in Chicago. The flavors are there and the freshness of the food also shows. If you guys like aguas frescas they also have a lot of flavor and taste natural and not artificial or just like water. I recommend the Limo con Pepino with some Quesabirrias if you give this place a try!

Wow, the food was so good!! And so affordable. We loved the mole. Even the aguas frescas were fire. I’m Mexican and I find that a lot of Mexican restaurants do the bare minimum with flavor. You can even taste the freshness of the beans and how they’re cooked (bayleaf I think). I’d definitely go back and make the drive. Very flavorful.

My mom had seen this restaurant featured on Tiktok. They certainly deserve ALL the hype they get on social media. Get the tacos dorados ahogados with potato- they’re life-changing. Our server was wonderful and my entire family enjoyed our food. We’ll be back :)
