Omg this was our first time here and it was amazing ! Our waiter Michael was the bomb! Seriously if I could request him every time I would so mannered nice very respectful just a really stand up awesome guy he was the bomb! Me and my man enjoyed everything the services the drinks the atmosphere and the food 10/10 I wouldn’t go to any other location Michael if you ever see this you were the bomb! THis place is amazing, a perfect place to relax and warm up. I got the 10-hour Tonkotsu ramen, and the broth was beautiful. Our appetizers were good, gyoza wasn’t the best but the dumplings were delicious! My girlfriend didn’t like the music they were playing and one of the waiters were a little too hover-y, but he was very polite.

The place was nice and clean, and the service was great! Prices were pretty good too! However, the most important thing (the food), was BLAND. The broth barely had flavor. They barely gave me any meat. The noodles seemed like they came straight out of a package. There are definitely better ramen places in Chicago!

Terrible. Just terrible. The hostess said it’s a 20 mins wait - so we waited. 20 mins later, she said it’s 15 mins more. And so we waited. Then she said sorry there are people with reservations before you - it’s gonna take longer. So they gave us a table outside (brr!). With no choices, we took that, but 15 mins of further wait, and no one came to take the order. I wish they shut this place down.

Now that I have tried all the “go-to” ramen spots in town, I still firmly believe this is the best in my opinion. Most of the viral places serve only a few ramen options with very few choices of optional additions. I personally like the variety like fried garlic, buttered corn, bok choy, extra eggs, etc… and that 10-hour Tonkotsu has kept me coming back over a dozen times now. Servers have always been friendly and kept my water full which is a huge plus. 10/10
