Yucks! The burger is cold and so is the sauce. It's gross. Texture of grinded meat. Mystery meat. McRibs tasted 110% better. This is the stall at McCormick place.

Making orders, the attendant was patient with me, Payment was seamless, although the smoked sausage was not so soft, it was still good, the boneless ribs in sandwich were great, fries could be improved upon a bit. Wait time for take out was not up to 10 minutes. Great restaurant all in

I have eaten here multiple times, the food has not disappointed. Although it's in a train station, it serves well and accommodates the hunger. With the occasional distraction of traveller traffic, eating at the tables in front of the restaurant provides a pretty good meal.

This is by far the nastiest barbeque EVER!! Can't be the same owners. My rib tips was burnt the few that they put in the box with all this sauce piled on here.. If I could give them a half star I

The ribs were awesome. I loved the sweet potato pie. The smoked sausage was enormous and very good. It was a great BBQ meal. I've never seen a BBQ fast food restaurant before. They offer dozens of choices and many specials everyday. Thanks.

I ate at the Amtrak location. Food was fantastic, and well portioned. Pricing was fare, especially for the location. I had the veggie burger, fries and coleslaw and my friend had the full rack of ribs, fries, coleslaw and roll. We split an order of onion rings. No complaints on any of it. Staff was helpful, and Amtrak food vouchers are accepted. I am happy to support a local business, and Robinson's is a great option at the Amtrak station. My friend was a second time visitor.Vegetarian options: The veggie burger was good! Not an impossible burger, but an actual veggie burger.

I rated this because, when I walked up to the counter; there was a guy there who didn't ever bother to greet me. I order a half rib plate, with coleslaw bake beans and a roll. The Ribs were so much sause that I added it to the beans just to give it flavor. I didn't care for the Rib, either. Let alone the coleslaw was very sweet, never had it that way before. And yes afterwards yes it turned my stomach.? Never Again!!

The fact they called it brisket is embarrassing!! I guess that’s what I get for not ordering ribs from a rib place.

I really wished that I could show you this mess that was served to me. I gave a star only because I remembered the fist time I had Robinsons chicken wings from that location!, but never again will I spend my money for the garbage that got. It's so disappointing ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

The food was average, nothing to brag about! They skimped me with the fries...the chicken wings were a disappointment, and I should have gotten 3 instead of 2!!..the rib tips, were the only thing that was good! I remember seeing a lower price for the rib tips and wings combo, but got charged a higher price for it!! Not worth it but I was hungry and my train was about to leave!

Robinsons should be called number 35 best ribs and not number 1 because they are far from it. Ribs are below average and fatty. Staff is slow. What a waste of money.

We had two pulled chicken sandwiches at the Bears game. They have a trailer just as you enter at the North gate. Line wasn’t long. Smelled great. Service was okay. Chicken was a bit dry but it’s worth it!

Been to Chicago Union Station many times over the last several years but I had yet to visit Robinsons #1 Ribs until this weekend.I must say I was impressed. I come from a BBQ meat smoking family so I know good wood smoked meat when I taste it.Usually food court places are a toned down version of the largerplaces and the food is expedited because the staffing is minimal.I was skeptical because I couldn't smell the BBQ aroma in the airas I stepped to the ordering counter. I decided to take a gambleand order the Deluxe combo platter. $28.00. Wings, ribs, bakedbeans, roll and a smoked sausage. The meal was Doing-The-Darn Thang you hear me!!!!!The ribs were tender and had the backyard lighter fluid taste!!The chicken was fried right and the baked beans were just thatbut tasty. And....And....And..the best way you can judge goodBBQ is when you eat it does it leave that BBQ smoked smell onyour fingers . Real smoked meat will, even after washing yourhands.Robinsons is legit and I don't co-sign BBQ joints easy I can'twait to visit an actual restaurant one day and not food court.
