Drove past this food truck and turned around to try some tacos. Very disappointed. Upon arrival we asked for a menu, the lady said she "forgot the menus". This is where we started to have doubts. We then asked if they had pozole or horchata as presented on the photo on the food truck. Lady said they did not have any. We then asked if the tacos came with rice or beans, she said no. At this point we wondered what the truck did have. We took our tacos home, disappointed with the lack of options. We were also disappointed with how pricey they were. We ordered 12 tacos, came out to about $5 for one taco alone. Once getting home, we saw how little salsa they included. We genuinely thought they gave us empty containers. Each salsa container should be filled to the top. You can tell how poorly made the tacos are with how little meat, onion, and cilantro there was. The tacos were good, however, definitely NOT worth the price nor the trip. We will not be coming back.

I recently attended a company goodbye party lunch that hired Rojo Verde taco truck. I tried the tacos (steak and al pastor) and quesadillas which all were amazing. It was a perfect setup as employees could come and order and eat their tacos at their own times, as they were available. And everyone loves tacos! I highly recommend Rojo Verde for your next party or work event!

My daughter & I enjoyed the steak tacos. Clean & lean meat. Good flavor. Nice char. Good portion size.
My husband fell in love with the birria & consume. While he never had beef birria he said it was so freaking good!
