I pass by here from time to time when I want tamales I always come here because if they are good. Today it was a big disappointment the tamales I bought at 56 and Kedzie were very dry. The dough and the chicken were super dry and there was not much sauce.

My experience is that those who serve are always in a very bad mood, you go in a good way and they with their unpleasant faces have already given me the tamales that they want twice and I have a lot of time shopping but the ladies don't lend themselves if they don't want to work There, look for another job and that's it, but always treat the customer well and they have doubled my card twice when I pay. Thank you

This place sucks. its food sucks and the ladys working there give attitude because theyre wong. Multiple times ive been given the wrong order and was given attitude because its not what i wanted. stopped coming here and wont come back even if they gave them out for free. This place feels like you're eating in a cave.

Oxaqueno tamales were very simple, very spicy but no flavor, disgusting, this has never happened to me

I went especially to Chicago for this place and sadly I was disappointed and not so much because of the wait but because when it came to ordering the person was very rude when assisting me even though I told him it was the first time I had bought there but I said ok maybe that's why busy that they are like that is their attitude although it shouldn't be true...then what I ordered and when I got home my order was given wrong and I expected better flavor of the tamales and really nothing out of the other world and the Oaxacans nothing to seeSo for my part I do not recommend the place, in the end they are tamales and they are like any other store on the corner(Asking, they told me that there are other branches of this place and that it is better, that I don't think I can find out anymore, I wouldn't want to be disappointed again...) and a thousand apologies, I'm not in the habit of giving bad comments, but when I think so, I do it and I try not to be rude. ..

"The best " everyone says Manila's are the best but I don't think so I always find hair in my tam ales or too much masa and not enough meat. Then they give you a hard time when you complain like they have a lot of tamales what's the big deal.
