This may be a great place, but their labor practices are questionable. My daughter applied for a job, was trained for two days and was set to start when the manager called and told her his lawyer said he shouldn't hire her because of the mental health conditions she disclosed on her application - PTSD and anxiety (even though she's under treatment and has held previous jobs with no incidents). Mental illness is protected under the ADA in many circumstances and even though this business is exempt it's still discriminatory. Oh, and they didn't even pay her for the two training days. If you care about stopping the stigma against mental illness, please don't patronize this shop.

Roscoe Village Treats is a great place to stop in for snacks and coffee! The baked goods are fresh and the cake balls are delightful! Mike is always friendly and welcoming. A great addition to the neighborhood!

Stopped by for some dessert after dinner in the area. Very polite and inviting. Three of us ordered ice cream and we all really enjoyed. I see that some people are complaining about cost but I found very reasonable compared to a chain ice cream shop and I always love supporting a small business owner! We will be back!
The ice cream is so creamy and delicious! My daughter had strawberries and cream on a cone. I had a scoop of chocolate chip mint and husband had praline pecan. The texture was so smooth and creamy. The flavors we tried were amazing! It was definitely a treat.
