Really appreciate and love route 66 pizza for two reasons. The first is that they are one of the very few pizzerias that offer the crust to be thin crust or hand tossed and both are delicious. The second is that this is a pizzeria that uses real quality ingredients like whole milk, cheese, and fresh vegetables (not canned) so you can always look forward to good quality pizza. The service is fast and friendly.

One of my favorite pizza spots in Chicago! For anyone who hasn't been here, highly recommend ordering the hand tossed pizza. Their chicken& burgers are great, too.
Very small store front. The quality of the Pizza was midiocre at least for my taste. Overpriced for a large pizza considering the quality.

It's really easy to get food and the staff they're friendly! I love getting my pizza from here they got some good tasting pizza and fries! I got the mozzarella sticks from there and they tasted a bit burnt but they were ok.

My husband and I stopped in for a slice but just getting a 14 dollar pizza. Hot! Fresh! And ready on time. The crust divine!! This is one of the best pizzas I have had! Take out only. No seating but amazing!!

I have passed by this spot multiple times over the years so I decided to try it the other day. Well I should have keep on passing by it. The service was average. The female cashier barely spoke and was not engaging. The pizza was the blandest ever. They make Little Caesar get high marks though I'm not a fan. I tried ranch dressing, red pepper, hot sauce...nothing helped it. I'm sure they care about what they do. I just didn't taste it.
