And feel free to chose anything from the menu, you will not regret!The Dry-Aged Steakburger is almost my go-to dish, and much better than the Wagyu smashed burger, but also had the NY Wagyu steak and other dishes before. Very interesting experience. The steak was one of the best I’ve had in Chicago which is saying a lot. I was honestly blown away. Everything else however was arguably inedible because it was so heavily salted, to the point were it became comical. It seemed like whoever seasoned our food had accidentally dissociated for 30 seconds while emptying an entire shakers worth of salt.The service was certainly the caliber you would expect; cleaning of crumbs and whatnot in between courses, wealth of knowledge about the menu, etc. I will say we waited almost 40 min between being sat, having drinks, and actually ordering our mains so it was certainly a lengthy experience.If I did it again I would literally only order a steak and that would be solid, but for how insanely expensive RPM steak is you can get better return on investment elsewhere.

We came in on a Wednesday for my husband’s birthday and everything was perfect! We ordered the warm seafood tower which was amazing and everything was cooked perfectly. The portions were also great. We had the beet salad and a wagyu steak. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. And definitely save room for dessert!!

Hands down amazing. It's not your daddy's steak house, it's modern, it's new, it's upbeat. It's expensive and worth every penny. Happy hour is a must, solid prices on drinks and bites. The westholme strip wagyu was hands down the best steak I've had in Chicago. The cut of meat for the price was impressive.
