I recently ordered 100 wings from them for pickup on Saturday. When I arrived, the lights were on and the doors were locked. I tried calling them to get an update on my order- but no answer. It is now Monday, I have yet to receive any updates on my order nor have I been able to reach anyone regarding a refund. Very unprofessional and I will NEVER order from them again!

They didn't have what I wanted on the menu and didn't tell me until all the rest of my order was done then had to order an alternative and wait 4 that order while the rest of the food got cold and when I finally got everything my order was extremely salty and dry and not a flaky fish

Worse sharks on all of the southside , They wont allow you to place a call in order unless you're paying over the phone well I got news for you no one wants to give out there credit card number to a stranger from the Southside that works at a sharks, who's also a teenage kid from the neighborhood that's number 1, second the food isnt great because its convenient the shoe string fries are terrible they taste like crunchy grease chips,

I love they chicken wings but prepare for a long wait service is beyond slow and could be way more professional the 5 stars are only for they chicken wings nothing else just being honest

The usual hood greasy spot with mediocre old chicken, which taste like fish...not surprised. The cashier had a horrible attitude and to top it all off, its dirty inside.??
Well it was nice to have a break in a little better place to go for the day

We came here for lunch today and it was awesome. I got the medium and it wasn't spicy, next time I'm going with the hot. We waited about 45 minutes in line. The place is small but most get their chicken to go so even with a long line there's room to sit down and eat.
