The food was low quality. The table was awful, could not even get our legs underneath. The utensils were all crappy plastic. Chopsticks were way too big and long. But here was the real problem: the server was really shady. There was no communication. We had a party of five, and we split the bill. The server brought the bill but was kind of hiding it. Then asked for our cards. Then said we had to tip on the iPad. When the bill came around to me I saw the price and thought it seemed high, then I asked to see the bill he had in his hand and they had already added automatic 18% gratuity. This guy scammed us for 38% tip for what I believe was the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. It was extremely dishonest.

One of my favorite hotpot places! As any great hotpot restaurant would, they have a sauce bar with an abundance of options and the sides (like the spicy pig feet) and dessert (coconut sago) is a huge plus! The atmosphere is super fun as well. No wonder they’re such a popular chain in china and one of the biggest names in hotpot there!!!

Love the decor and vibe inside. The hotpot prices are affordable and they are generous with portion sizes. I also loved the lemonade. My least favorite thing were the broths. I wasn’t crazy about either flavor we tried: house special and pork. I would love for them to introduce a new broth or at least work on these recipes so I feel incentivized to come back!

Decent hotpot. However, they charge $10 per person for the sauce and appetizers, which is quite pricey compared to other places. The tables are a bit uncomfortable to sit at.

Do not waste your time they will have you come down to there facility tell you they have no wait literally called as I was walking up the block they told me no wait two minutes later entered and it was an hour wait they don't validate your parking ticket I tried to wait 30 minutes of that time and they wouldn't saying because I didn't stay to eat poor service

This place was sooo good! We got here right at opening so it wasn’t too busy. They had a pretty solid sauce bar too.

Very authentic hotpot; friendly and efficient staff; had a great time with a friend from DC region. We both had to walk quite a bit to digest. So

Disappointing. Won’t be coming back to this Place. Need attention before you pay your bill. They Add service fee 30% all the time even small party like (only 4 people). Don’t recommend .

We went for a dinner and celebration for Chinese New Year ??! We had an amazing experience at this beautiful restaurant! One of the best hot pots I've ever had! Food is so delicious, great selection for meat, seafood and veggie lovers. Also, perfectly arranged, staff is very kind and attentive , and atmosphere is so chilled in very nice decorated space. It really felt we had full experience in China! We'll be back! Highly recommend this beautiful gem!

The service attitude was extremely poor, with almost no assistance provided. The staff constantly rushed us to finish quickly and leave, displaying discriminatory behavior. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.

It was a spontaneous decision, but it turned out to be enjoyable. We got seated quickly, and even though we were new to the restaurant, the ordering process was straightforward with the user-friendly setup. The use of iPads for ordering was a new experience for me, something newcomers should be aware of.The only downside was the waiter/waitress not checking in on us frequently. I had to request a refill for the water jug, which was visibly empty. Nevertheless, apart from this issue, everything else, including the ambiance and the food, was excellent.
