Ordered over $100 worth of food for pickup at a specified time. Paid and left a generous tip. When we went to pick up the order "staff" couldn't find anything. Finally after searching found it and in a big rush to cook it up, food wasn't even cooked properly! Such incompetence! The person who originally took the order never notified anyone about it? Should have asked for the tip back.

The food is great. I love that they have dinners and buy by the 1/4 lb with many sides offered. Service is fast and efficient. There is not much in the way of ambiance since this is strictly to go. I buy something from here about once a month.

Good food though and great portions for your money. I ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce lunch special with extra egg and green onions in my shrimp fried rice. I had 6 nice size shrimp in my lobster sauce which was plenty since I had shrimp fried rice and keeping into consideration that it was a lunch portion. It also came with an egg roll and a can of pop. Price was $12.60 and would've been a little cheaper if I didn't get extra egg and green onions.

Doesn't look the best when you walk In that's how you know it's gonna be bomb! I lived in Burbank for years and always saw this place but never went in. This was my first time ordering and omg the food is BOMB!! The shrimp is huge and juicy, the fried mushrooms are delicious!! Everything was super good and I def will be coming here more!

I always get good service when I come to Frank's Chicago shrimp house but this time in particular Daniela waited on me and while me and my wife me and my wife were sitting in the car observing her cooking the food she was putting my fish and my fries in the bag and drop some fries and instead of just throwing the fries away she decides to put them in my bag I asked her why would she do that with the Covid and all and she said that I could pick the fry out how would you know which fry it was very very nasty person
Dont be scared of this, Hole in the wall take out place. The shrimp and scallops are great.

Always the best never had a issue with this place only thing i have an issue with the sweet sour and soy sauce you order a large rice Or mean they give u a great great portion but u only get 4 to 6 sauces literally put the sauce on the menu i will definitely pay for extra at least you have to go into the store cant order delivery cause you wont get any sauce but this is the only Chinese spot I eat from.

This was terrible first off ,i had stopped eating Chinese Food for about two years,so i was ready to go back ,i ordered Sesame Chicken ( all breading,very little chicken) and it was too sweet. I also ordered Chicken fried rice again i had to definitely look for the chicken ,it's cut up in tiny pieces ,so you barely see it and taste it ,bourbon chicken,cut in little strips and put on a bed of broccoli (i didn't order ) to make it look fuller ,Mixed Vegetables was a lot of Green peppers and also the Sesame chicken was supposed to be crispy ( not ) and the fried chicken wings ....that was the only thing not messed up . This was terrible and i will never ,and everything is super sweet . Ugh
