Stopped there for a coffee after a morning walk. The location was good. The staff was friendly too. I also had a Vanilla Bean Custard Danish and it was delicious, good texture, and not too sweet. Perfect with my coffee.

I usually don’t go to Starbucks because I always have the same issue. The Map Toom was closed so I begrudgingly went to sbux across the street.As per usual, I order a latte and I get the foamy cappuccino I never ordered. Before I even took a sip I took the lid off to find the cup only about 90% full. At ~$7 I would expect a full drink.I’ve talked to several baristas throughout the years and they’ve all told me “a latte and a cappuccino are the same thing.”No they’re not! You know how I know? I’m a barista and have been several times in my life.The service was pretty lousy too. Get it together!

I always ordered same drinks the strawberry acai lemonade without strawberry puff and light ice. But today I got this with strawberry puff inside. So I asksd staff, she checked my ordered and she made it new one for me.Unfortunately, I can feel ONLY lemonade flavor and it was regular ice amount. (You can see the picture and the color looks weird)I know this drink taste, because I drinking every single day. It was the WORST strawberry acai lemonade I've ever got.

THE BEST SERVICE IN CHICAGO!!I did ubereat for a year and got so many drink orders from Starbucks in Chicago. I am also a Starbucks customer. Almost every Starbucks are slow !! You make order and wait at least 10-15min. But this restaurant is very FAST!!! The team is HAPPY! The store manager is amazing. She puts heart stickers on the coffees that says "thank you ". They all have beautiful smiles.

This location makes the worst hot chocolate I ever had!! 2nd time that I come to this location to buy hot chocolate s and end up getting what taste like a cup of just milk with the lightest dash of chocolate. And when I'm spending close to $40 and just getting cups of milk is very unacceptable. The breakfast sandwich and pastries where the only things that where good.
