This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The baristas be chit chatting than to make the orders. Always. Never got my mobile orders on time. At least 20mins late.l every time. Better go out a block to get your drink.

12/21/2023Something told me not to get the sandwich. Bacon was not done. This is my thing with quick breakfast sandwiches. Don't give me something you wouldn't eat and stop giving customers anything. If it takes a longer cooking time I rather wait.. Bread not toasted, raw bacon, and barely has cheese on it. Trifling is whomever made my sandwich this morning. First and last time getting a sandwich from here . P.O.

I did a mobile order, wanted lemon cake, unavailable, banana nut bread, unavailable, I ordered the only cake showing available. After placing my order, the wait said 12 min, I was not waiting over 10min for cake. You can order online but can't cancel. Had to call customer service, another 15+minutes of my time wasted for a refund/credit. Starbucks left a bad taste in my mouth today, I won't be visiting any time soon.

The workers here are useless. Literally they have no clue of nothing. Customer service here is the worst all workers here should be (a) fired or (b) retrained or (c) store manager should be fired because every day this place once again demonstrate how bad it truly is at executing its main purpose.

Employees were extremely rude. Asked for a basic menu item no substitutions a pumpkin cream cold brew. All I asked was that they stir it. They acted like this was an insane request and told me they didn’t have spoons and could not stir my drink. Then they could not accept my Starbucks mobile app ? Very condescending and rude. I left and just got Dunkin’ Donuts instead.

Waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order is ridiculous. Wish I listened to the reviews and went to another location.

I’m not kidding I waited over 40 mins on my mobile order!!! That’s insane. The point of the mobile order is the expedite and relief the line. I ordered 8:32am and wasn’t ready till 9:15pm. Ridiculous!!!! Hire someone only for mobile ordered. People expect to wait in line but I don’t because that’s the point of ORDERING ONLINE

They gave me a free coffee! This deserves them a 5 star review , why not? I highly recommend this location if you're struggling on cash. They'll "hook it up" just be cool and don't act out of pocket

Worst customer service. I was excited to try a new drink today and they had me waiting for 17 minutes on my drink. The drink is okay but the service was awful. There was no communication, the employees at Starbucks are all over the place and they don’t talk to each other. Go somewhere else to get coffee save yourself time and money

MANAGEMENT Why are they open… this store doesn’t represent STaRBuCkS.. lines are long for no reason. I granite that it was a new lady started 3 months ago so I assume that’s why it’s slow. But no today she is still at the Register and. It’s slow. I waited 13mins and their was still 10 people in front on me… line not moving. Manager is walking around. Not being productive!!! This location is in a busy spot, Chase building why is it no one has been there to get it in order. Highly Unorganized

The service is slow and they have messed up my order a few times. I must admit they have apologized and tried to correct their mistakes. I will now be going to the Starbucks a few blocks away to see how the service is there.

The manager Fantasia is young and very immature and clearly has no experience with customer service. Their store didn't have a drink, but it still allowed customers to mobile order. We waited nearly 10 mins over the time that was stated it was done before finding out they didn't have the drink. I end up having to take a sandwich I didn't want and wasn't even equivalent to the purchase I made. I called back to explain what happened to come back and she cheerfully told me there was nothing she could do about it. It's tough when a store is in your building work chooses to carry such an attitude. I'd rather go to another location going forward. It's not the first time they have done this.
