My recent visit to the Starbucks in Chicago, Illinois, was a fairly standard experience. Here's what I found: Service-wise, the staff was friendly and efficient in taking my order. I appreciated the quick and courteous service. It's always a plus when you can get your coffee without a long wait, especially during busy times. In terms of cleanliness, the store was well-maintained. Tables were clean, and the seating area had a cozy ambiance. It was a comfortable place to enjoy my coffee and get some work done. As for the coffee itself, it was consistent with what I expect from Starbucks. My cappuccino was well-prepared, and the taste was as I've come to anticipate from the chain - rich and satisfying. However, the prices at Starbucks can be on the higher side, which is worth noting. But if you're willing to pay a bit more for a quality cup of coffee, it's not a major issue. In summary, the Starbucks in Chicago provided a typical Starbucks experience. It met the standard in terms of service, cleanliness, and coffee quality. If you're a fan of Starbucks, you'll find this location to be a reliable choice for your coffee fix in the area.

Gets very busy cause they're located in the store but the employees are always efficient and fast as they can be!Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options as far as bfast sandwiches and egg bites go. Almost every drink on the menu has a non dairy option or dairy substitute also!Parking: They have extra upstairs parking for the store as well as a small lot in front of the store.

I’ve had more than one experience where my plain iced coffee tasted as if there was tea mixed with it. Maybe they should label their containers better?? They also recently messed up a simple iced latte - it looked like straight milk. I tossed it in the garbage right away. I have always been loyal to Starbucks but I have sadly given up on this location.

We got a sweet cream cold brew and pink drink, they were hands-down the best we've had. Perfectly made and the team there was nice.

They have poor customer service skills. I’ve been to location a few times and each time it was a regret. The workers ignore the customers it’s comes off a little bit of laziness to me. I would not recommend

I had made a mobile order at this location. When I arrived I couldn’t find what I ordered. My name was covered up by a sleeve and one drink was missing. I was standing there for a while and finally said something. I asked where one of my drinks was and the barista said to me,We don’t have it. I said that’s fine but how can I get my money back for the drink I paid for. She said, We can’t give refunds. I was also very nice and said that’s OK but I paid for a drink and didn’t get it. She then yelled out to her manager. I told her what was wrong and just wanted to be compensated. She also said I can’t give you a refund. I said OK that’s fine but what can I do to get compensated. This is way too long of a conversation for something so simple! She said I have to get a hold of Starbucks and walked away. This location is so much closer to where I live but at this point I go to another coffee shop because of the constant attitude, lack of customer service skills and being out and/or do not carry what other Starbucks carry. I always feel like I am bothering a lot of people that work there as if I’m walking into their house. You guys really need to step up your customer service game along with problem-solving skills. Not ok.

This is hands down the rudest group of staff I have ever seen. Their hours say they close at 8 pm. My last two visits I arrived at 7:30 pm, they had started to close up shop and would not serve me. The staff seem to make up their own hours, I wonder if store leadership knows they do this? It's just a frustrating experience.Even if the store manager were to know I'm sure it wouldn't do much because this store is a complete dumpster fire!!
