The couple of times I've been here, my mobile order was not ready in time. I understand that it be busy, but acknowledge that the mobile order is paid already and that it should be ready. The young man looked like he didn't want to acknowledge that I had a mobile order paid, he didn't make an effort to fix it. The young lady that was with him fixed it for me. He should be looked into and do more training because his look was uncalled for. Thank you to the young lady that came through.

Terrible service, they are very racist today my husband ordered a coffee and they asked him if he brought money to pay and he said yes, he grabbed a biscotti and one of the employees snatched it from his hands and told him again that he did bring money to pay. We have never been treated that way at any other Starbucks, that's why I don't recommend this place, and if anyone from the corporation reads this, let them know that they are training their employees very poorly, I will never visit this place again, terrible.

The couple of times I went inside the atmosphere was really nice considering the neighborhood it’s near by. The furniture is also really nice and I have seen a couple of people who study and sit down have a good time from my POV. I like this Starbucks! The drive thru and parking… a slightly different story but not THAT bad..

Very happy that after 20 years of being a starbucks customer, i finally have a store in my neighborhood.I get my blonde white mochas here and they are just a buttery and smooth as any other store. I order in the app, i have been gold card for years. Order is always ready on time.Staff is quite pleasant! Lets ban together and protect our starbucks out west! On my way now.

They were understaffed and talking about the customers while making the drinks. I waited 30 minutes for my drink. I understand it’s busy, but be a little more empathetic for us just as we are for you.

Good place but is a shoot or miss on the staff in the drive through the is working on the shift or day someone are really nice and helpful and sometimes you get some one that has a bad attitude or is having a bad day and rude and just want you to hurry up and order so you can get out of her face as soon as possible I love Starbucks but if I have to choose to come here I just don’t get it and drive to a different location

Went thru the drive thru for a muffin, waited in line for about 20 min cause nobody was serving the window so i only moved up in line cause cars were leaving because nobody was comming to the window, but the sure as hell were taking orders, bad location to come to NEVER AGAIN ill just go to cicero and
