Enjoy your coffee in spite of the hustle and bustle of the city with an amazing view of The Art Institute of Chicago located just across the street. The service unfortunately lacks as they're trying to compete with an onslaught of customers. Our drinks were exactly as we ordered them and we didn't have to fight too hard to find a seat before going on to enjoy the rest of our day, now a little more reenergized from the caffeine.Vegetarian options: While food options at Starbucks can be expensive, they do have 'Impossible Breakfast Sandwiches', 'Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wraps' and more.Dietary restrictions: Starbucks has an extensive drink menu with various options that accommodate for dietary restrictions.Parking: This Starbucks does not offer parking. There is nearby street parking and city garages.Kid-friendliness: It was a Starbucks - albeit busier than most - if there's something off the menu your kid might enjoy, just make sure you don't loose track of them.Wheelchair accessibility: There wasn't much standing-room, let alone the room to navigate by wheelchair. The entrance was a revolving door and I don't recall whether there was another public entrance/exit.

A great place to rest in the Millennium Park area. This time I met a friendly and agile shop assistant, and I successfully found a seat to sit down, which allowed me to take a breather when my feet were blistered. There is always a line in front of the toilet, and the clerks are working hard to keep it clean, if only there is someone to clean it up.

Decently neat Starbucks with an amazing location as it's right by the Art Institute of Chicago. You'll need to order something if you want to use the restroom as it's protected by a passcode.

The order took forever, we were in the store for almost 30 minutes and we had to follow up

The drinks and food were as good as every other Starbucks. But this one was filthy. The tables were damaged, place was packed and one of the bathrooms was a complete mess (you can probably imagine what I’m talking about). There are a lot of Starbucks within walking distance of this one I recommend walking to another Starbucks or trying a new place.
