The employees were disgruntled and talking about their issues with management loudly. They seemed overrun and stressed. The wait time was longer than expected.They were kind to customers but it was awkward hearing their grievances.

This is a service related review for the 555 S. Dearborn, Chicago Store. The young lady working the machine at the counter has a very nasty disposition. She has ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND SHOULD NOT BE AT THE COUNTER. I believe the manager is the one who waited on me and finally took my order. But, I drive by this store every morning around 5am and today I decided to stop because I was running late. I was not familiar with the store nor that it was a mobile store. Obviously, by the way I entered the store and waited to have my order taken. The rude girl asked me if I had the app? I replied, no. She said, we have orders already and will get to you shortly. I waited about 10 minutes. After the manager (I supposed) took the order, she made the Medicine Ball and placed it on the counter. Not saying, Miss, here is your order...but just sat it on the counter. I'm standing there because how am I supposed to know that isn't one of the mobile orders...RUDE! Finally, I asked if this was the medicine ball, she just gave me a blank stare. She better be glad I was under the weather, because I would have left the drink on the counter. REMOVE HER TO THE BACK. Because I am a Christian and believe in the better good of people, I won't wish her fired; however, she need to be in the back behind closed doors. Customers do not need to encounter her first thing early morning!!!!!!!!! Blessings on your business!

It's a good Starbucks, but nothing special I guess? I will advise, this is a pick-up only location, so don't expect to sit here for a while!!! There's no lobby or anything. I'd really recommend going to a local place instead honestly, but sometimes you just want Starbucks, which I get haha.

Great spot on Dearborn street for your favorite starbucks coffee. Good food, good service. Would prefer cleaner restrooms.

Employees were rude and inconvenienced that I was there at 5:30 am when they open at 5 am told me I needed to use the app to order head and couldn't order in store even though they have a cash register!! Not coming back or ordering Starbucks again!!!
This Starbucks has very pleasant Baristas early in the AM. THANKS!!Vegetarian options: Nut milks available

This location is awful. The service is so slow. As a last resort I get my regular brew coffee from this location and it always takes them 15 minutes to prepare even when i place my order in advance. Nothing special about this coffee just brew coffee. They never mark my name off the Status board so I'm just standing in line waiting patiently for my coffee. When I address the batista (lady) or the manager (lady) on my concerns that they continue to leave my name on the Status board while the coffee is clearly ready I get attitude from both stating they are doing their best. Also this location will not put a lid on my side order of cream stating they don't have lids but when I drive to the West loop location they automatically put a lid on my cream container without me asking.Unhappy South loop customer

They just need to hire more people. There were only 2 workers making mobile orders, online orders, and trying to take customers during a Friday lunch rush. I stood there about 10 minutes waiting on one of them to stop and take my order, I just left. But shout out to the workers, y'all we're doing amazing handling all of that. Went to another location, same thing. Waited 45 minutes for tea ??♀️

The drinks were delicious, and the wait was decent considering it was very busy. The atmosphere while waiting was made pleasant thanks to your batista MeMe! She was so courteous, attentive, polite and efficient! Unlike Marcus, who was in a horrible mood and only complained about how tired he was and who's demeanor only showed us he didn't want to be there. At one point he was so disrespectful and insulting to MeMe ...I was appalled. No one should have to be harassed while working because Marcus dosent like his job!!
