Hats off to the crew on the morning of Sunday April 14th approx 9:30 AM. We’re thinking that someone on the crew called out or didn’t show up because there were only two crew members and they HANDLED IT! There was a crowd of lulu lemon stretch pants, messy buns, strollers, over stimulated, over indulged screaming children and yoga moms as far as the eye could see and that crew of two handled business. They deserve a hefty raise and some appreciation from management. Whoever called out and screwed this crew over…shame on you.

Javi is a ROCK STAR SHIFT SUOERVISOR. He is the only reason why I go to this store he remembers my name, order, and greets people when they come in to the store. He deserves a raise for being so fast on the cashier and knows how to make my drink. He remembers everything give him a raise.

I ordered food online and came in to pick it up. I asked for a bag and was told I had to get it myself and pack it. Got it myself and went to reach for a cup sleeve and was told "uh. You can ask next time. It's a Covid thing." Okay cool, so I can bag my own food and touch all the bags and trays, but grabbing my own sleeve is a Covid thing. Got it. Totally makes sense...

This is one of the most poorly run locations. They are constantly out of supplies for their drinks and sandwiches it happens so frequently that one needs to confirm before being a walk in. The only reason this store does well is due to their location.

Other starbucks have done this so I don't entirely blame this one location. However, when I order a $3+ plain coffee with cream, I expect cream or half&half to be added -- NOT milk. So unbelievably frustrating. Milk waters coffee down and most people don't like it. Any barista should know this.
