I remember wanting to and feeling excited I finally got to go to this place, but at long last the food was really bad and there was nothing interactive about the coffee. It was just …really disappointing. I left there really sad.

Visited on weekday with family ! Busy but not long queue ! I love coffee but I’m not a big fan of Starbucks and visit to a Starbucks around 10 to 20 times a year whenever I travel.I’m very glad I stopped here ! this one is exceptional ! Though I have been to Chicago four times but this is my first time in thisStarbucks Roastery located at the heart of the Chicago Downtown ! It’s quite big and I have visited each floor up to the top ! Very nice view from the roof.I enjoyed the atmosphere and the ambiance that this Roastery offers. It looks like tourists place but the experience is worth it. Bakery and other food selection they are offering was great quality ! Would love visit again some sunny morning ?

So much better food than any normal Starbucks, thank you Princi, crazy prices, you could get 7 cappuccinos in Italy for one here. Service is as good as it can be because it's a zoo and an assembly line, yet I do it anyway and I'm not sure why. Complete hassle to find a place to sit. Yet I do it anyway.

Highly recommend: items are pricy but all are great. I had their affogato creations flight. I would not recommend getting a flight as I did not think all of them were good. The banana was not good. Better just get one bigger. Note that lines can be big after 9 AM and continue until later in the afternoon.
