Walked in after work only to see a giant metal shield covering their food stations. Best thing about Subway is being able to see what they are putting in your food. Can’t trust them anymore. Will continue to rate 1-Star at each location I visit until they go back to everything being viewable.

They weren't allowed to use their restroom. The worst Subway is ever in the US and was so rude. I will never recommend Subway again.

Make sure you check your receipts here. She added a tip on there and told me she didn’t know where it came from. Then told me it’s added on the pin pad but i only tapped my card i never had to press anything.

The food was even better! I had the trout (which I couldn't finish even though it was delicious) and my husband had the lamb.

Ate a sandwich from here and woke up 4-5 hours later with the most ferocious case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. I’ve never been more violently ill in my life. If I could have gone to the hospital without likely getting sick on the way there, I would have because I was so dehydrated, as I couldn’t keep water down for hours. When I went to the store this morning to the tell the person working, he said that someone else called with food poisoning. He couldn’t have cared less and showed zero remorse other than saying his employee working that night “made a mistake” (presumably serving old food). This store is completely negligent to the safety of their food and care of customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID THIS AWFUL “RESTAURANT”. First of all, this location is operated by some of the most disrespectful, disgusting women I’ve ever seen in the food service industry. I went there for a cup of soup. Not a sandwich that you have to fix but a cup of soup you literally just have to scoop!!!! I stood in line, ordered my soup. She says ok go to the cash register. I get to the cash register she rings up my drink and says “no soup”. So why wouldn’t you tell me that before you did my transaction? Then there’s a language barrier which is not an issue because that’s life, but the issue is their complete lack of professionalism, cleanliness and respect on top of it. ????

Would give 0 starts if possible do your self a big favor and avoid this subway. Went in around 11 at night and the Lady there was very rude and on her phone and didn’t seemed to want to make my order. After waiting she proceeded to take my order while still being on the phone she would get angry for having to repeat myself multiple times because she was not listening like if you don’t like your job don’t maybe try a different job imagine if your paying your hard worked money hungry and go to this location for a meal your getting an unwelcoming meal that shows you how much the employees don’t care about your meal and your time and still expect a tip. Hopefully this helps and management and is able to step up and take the necessary actions to ensure employees are receiving crucial trainings such as customer service and food handling trainings to help ensure guests feel welcomed and have peace of mind they are getting there moneys worth as of my personal experience and the reviews I’ve read from this location it certainly lacks customer service and if your service is not good than I can imaging your food handling and cleaning procedures might need another look as well as more staff training if needed.

Subway is the largest sandwich shop chain in the world with more than 37,000 restaurants in 100 countries, including 185 in Chicago. One is at 8 West Ohio Street, in the River North neighborhood, at State Street, in the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago. Open 24 hours a day, Subway has become more competitive in the sandwich shop industry by adding new bold flavors to its menu of old favorites. Which is fine with me because, to me, more is better. I prefer two six-inch subs rather than one foot-long sub. Oh, the old standbys such as meatball marinara, roast beef, tuna salad, over roasted chicken and Big Philly cheese steak remain popular items. But I enjoy the All-American Club with oven roasted turkey, Black Forest ham, hickory smoked bacon, America cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion on toasted Artisan Italian bread and The Monster with thick, shaved steak, crispy bacon, a double helping of Monterey cheddar cheese, green peppers and red onions on toasted Artisan Italian bread and topped with creamy peppercorn ranch dressing and the Supreme Meats sub with Black Forest ham, Genoa salami, pepperoni and capicola on fresh baked Artisan Italian bread with provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion and banana peppers topped with parmesan vinaigrette. Two new twists are Trevor Lawrence's Sunshine Sub with oven roasted turkey and mozzarella on multigrain bread and Russell Wilson's Dangerwich with Italian bread topped with pepperoni, salami, Black Forest ham, bacon and provolone.
