I love this particular Subway. The owner and people who work there are meticulously neat and clean with their store. The chips are positioned and stocked perfectly. There is not a spec of anything out of place. I can see that when I come they use brand new clean utensils. It’s just sparkling in there and they are so friendly.One time I brought my dog and left him outside and the owner saw and gave me a piece of salami to give to him.Kind hearted and just a wonderful place.

Extremely poor customer service. My job is literally down the street from this place so I stop in for a quick bite quite often. The Hispanic lady Ana never speaks unless you are Hispanic. At first I thought it was just me until I witnessed her do it to someone else. At this point, I'll just take my $$ somewhere else to eat bc im always pleasant when I come in here. But apparently the same energy isn't being reciprocated

There's no way to give 0 stars, or I would. This place doesn't honor their own business hours. I stopped in at 7:45PM after a long day of work, and the doors were locked and the guy inside behind the counter just waived me off as if to say "go away, we're close." The business hours on the door clearly state that closing time for Tuesday is 8:00PM. It's so unprofessional. I definitely won't be back to this location.

This is by far the cleanest Subway i have visited in Chicago. The workers are very friendly and the food is always fresh.
Food is average for a Subway. It's fresh. There's a sticker advertising $3 for a half dozen cookies and I was charged $3.18. I don't care much about 18 cents but I don't think they should advertise $3 cookies if they're not. I do believe I even asked the employee if the cookies were $3 and he acknowledged. Also, we started to order one tuna footlong. After the tuna was applied but before adding the extra ingredients, I asked if he could cut the sandwich so my friend and I could put on different ingredients. We were charged for two 6" sandwiches. So we spent almost $15 on one sandwich and 6 cookies. I realize I've had price problems with other Subways, and therefore will never go back to any at this point. And if you are going to charge me for two sandwiches instead of one, tell me first. Seriously there is better food down the street at Cermak or a plethora of other restaurants in Pilsen and Chinatown.

Subway?why is it that we as customers are required to wear a face mask upon entry, and service can be denied, but your associate (the young gentleman with the glasses) is allowed to prepare my food while breathing and talking all over the ingredients while his maks is hanging down his chin? I put up with it yesterday because someone else was upfront andi. hate being that guy, but he ended up preparing it. I tired it again today and it was the same story with the same associate. I politely informed him why I was leaving without service. Will not be returning to this location.
