They did not honor my coupon/ apply it correctly. They were overcharging me for the two footlongs I ordered. The coupon clearly states the few sandwiches that CANNOT be bought with this coupon. I ordered two sandwiches that were not listed on the coupon. Yet they first tried to charge me for extra bacon (when bacon already comes on the particular sandwich), then told me I could not get the All American Sub with the coupon. I asked where does it say that and he just generally pointed to the coupon.... I left feeling extremely upset and disappointed. I will not come back to this location.

I ordered a ham and cheese melt with extra onions, pickles lettuce mayo and tomato. I got a ham sandwich with no cheese or all the toppings I requested. I called 5 times and was disconnected twice. I was informed there was no manager available or would be on site that day. When I told them I was too far away to return they told me too bad and that it was only a $1 mistake. Very nasty attitude.

They are soooo stingy with ingredients. Their spinach was rotting and were still going to use it on my sandwich. Their bread is also smaller than at other subways. Anyway, the taste was ok, but yeah. Cheap cheap on ingredients, not coming back to this location and if you like fresh ingredients go somewhere else.

This place was disgusting. None of the veggies looked fresh but the worst one of all was the lettuce. Looked like it was a couple days old. It was turning brown. The only thing that looked fresh was the bags of chips.

Not a great start for our first time trying this establishment. Upon entering we waited stood around like idiots waiting to be seated by a hostess. We were then told to seat ourselves, and also had to order in a buffet, European-style manner. The service was friendly but not at all what I was expecting If you are looking for a nice, quiet, relaxing spot for a romantic dinner, this is not the spot. The cold cut was phenomenal.
