Stopped in here after class and I was appalled at how bad the customer service was! I was not even greeted to have my order taken and what should’ve taken a couple minutes to place an order and receive it took double the time because of how slow he was moving. I was surprised the worker had to look up at the menu when we asked for “two cookies” and he told us it was “one and one”, well… yeah duh that’s two!! I think this establishment needs a new employee because the one who took my order clearly does not have the skills to work for this job.

Like mentioned by others, it was closed even though the sign said open until 9PM on Sundays.

When I came to this place was around 1pm, they weren't open. I waited for about 20 minutes because I already had paid the meter. When I went in, their bathrooms were "not in service", even though I was a paying customer. I decided to give it another chance because I'm a business owner as well, but same thing happened. They weren't open, this time it was 10am, I had to wait because I was meeting a customer around this area. I waited 30 mins this time, still their bathroom out of service. Definitely not coming back.
I used to eat at this Subway once or a twice a week. Today they ran out of plastic water cups and told me I couldn’t have a regular cup to get tap water from the fountain. Sorry but I’m not buying a cup simply because your location failed to be properly stocked up on plastic water cups. Extremely poor business decision. I will not be eating at this location anymore

I like this Subway because they have fresh, tasty veggies & the staff is super nice, friendly, & fast. But they’re ALWAYS closed. The hours on the door say open till 10, but they’re usually closed by 5 & often close in the middle of the day. May be due to understaffing from the pandemic.

My nearest subway I go there a decent amount but today I didn't have my mask coming from the park. I saw the lady in line in front of me do her 10 min order with out a mask so I thought my shirt over my nose/mouth would be okay. The guy refused service and ran in the back. Came back with a mask and the person in line didn't even have theirs on!!! Tried to have a conversation with the guy who refused service and would not even talk. The guy wasn't wearing a name tag so I asked for his name and he refused. The staff here is trash do better

Whoever is working closes this location whenever they want. I’ve went to go get a sandwich twice in the past 2 weeks and I get there and the first time there was a sign on the door that says “sorry be back in 20 minutes” I waited for 35, no one came. Then today I get there at 4:30 pm and there’s a sign that says “closing at 2 today, sorry”. Definitely will never be going back.
