I’m a big fan of your salads and have been ordering quite frequently lately. However, I’ve run into some issues with my last few orders that I wanted to share with you.I’ve noticed missing items and sometimes things I didn’t order in my salads. Plus, a couple of times, the salad has looked pretty empty, like it’s only half-filled. I’ve also chatted with some co-workers who’ve had similar experiences with their orders.I think it would be great if you could:1. Double-check orders to make sure everything’s included.2. Make sure salads are consistently filled up.3. Maybe give the team a refresher on getting orders right?I love grabbing salads from you guys, and I think sorting these things out could make the experience even better.Thanks for listening, and I’m looking forward to my next (hopefully perfect!) salad. The salads are not $9 is disrespectful to pay $18 and having this issues.

The quality control is a problem. I ordered a crispy chicken, barely there is any chicken this time in it.Plus since the owner programmed the tipping system, it pissed me off every time I walked in. It is sooo awkward to skip the tipping like they really try to nudge you to tip and the skipping button is hard to find on the pad. I as the customer feel awkward and the stuff probabaly think we are cheap after it takes them 1 mins to assemble the food. I notice the owner has the habit replying to review and refrain from it this time, which you can save to train your stuff for better quality control and increase their wage.Update: Yesterday, I ordered two crispy rice bowls. Today, when I was eating the leftovers, I found something strange in one of them. It feels like a woody stem, similar to what you'd find on the wood where you grow mushroom. This definitely shouldn't be in the dish.

I do get takeout from here fairly often. The salads are very fresh and tasty but a decent amount of the time you get different fills on your salad. If they just filled these up all the way to the top it would be a big deal. Usually getting $18 or so salad with lots of ingredients so it's not worth it if they plate it differently each time. I don't want to be guessing about this, so my advice would be to please fill your bowls all the way up; It's too expensive to be inconsistent!

We walked in on a Friday at 7:30pm. Nobody greeted us and we weren’t even acknowledged. I walked up to the staff cleaning the dining area and he turned us away (closing time is supposedly 8pm). And stated they’re getting ready for the holiday. This happened on Friday 12/29. 3 days before the new year. This is awful customer service. I’ve worked in retail before and understand closing the dining area early. But 30 mins before your close time and giving us an excuse like that? Didn’t even let us order to-go? Why didn’t you just lock your door? I sure hope somebody from SG corporate is reading this and QA-ing this store’s operating procedures. Completely unacceptable.

The service has been extremely poor at this location. The last few times I have tried to go I have ended up turning and walking out because of how they prioritize mobile orders over in person orders. They have only 1 person taking in person orders and 3 people managing mobile orders. I’ve walked in seen 5 people in line and after 5 minutes and only 1 person getting through their order I’ve walked out because it would take 20+ minutes to get a salad. What happened to being able to walk in a fast casual salad chain and get a salad in just a few minutes. Not everyone plans and orders ahead their salads. It’s very disappointing to see this approach to customer service and how the staff blatantly ignore that there is a line growing and chooses to not adapt their model based on demand. Instead they avoid eye contact and the clear issue. I wish I could recommend SG but the experience has been that frustrating that I can’t.And clearly based on the reviews here others have posted this complaint and SG has not done anything about it or even show the presence of some management in the store.

This bug was (alive!) in my salad. To add insult to injury, Uber Eats and Sweetgreen refused to give me a refund! Never again. So gross.

I have ordered from so many Seeetgreen’s but this one is closest to my work so most convenient. Out of the 16 times I have ordered from this location, FOURTEEN of those times something has been missing from my order. I am to the point where I open everything up and check to make sure bread, dressing etc are there before leaving. So today I checked those and got home to find no chicken on either of my salads. So 15 bucks for a bowl of lettuce. Just can’t win with this location.It shouldn’t be this hard.

Love the salads. Very disappointed that they are now ripping us off by changing their "to go" lids thereby reducing the size of their very pricey food. Tired of being taken advantage of.

Sweetgreen is my go-to spot for healthy salad. There are many other options in this area, but I personally prefer sweetgreen because they offers special dressings I like. I always get Harvest bowl with extra protein with extra charge. The cheese in the harvest bowl is a nice touch. Who doesn't love cheese? LMAO TIPS: ask for free extra dressings when you pick up. The flavor is much better with double dressing.

This location is gone downhill significantly in the pas year. Not only are ingredients getting older and browner, but I just experienced some of the RUDEST customer service ever! Employee with pink eyeliner. I get everyone has a bad day. But she had this attitude with me and other customers form the moment we stepped in line like we were some major inconvenience in her life.

I ordered a crispy chicken bowl that was supposed to have blackened chicken in it. Where is the chicken? When I asked, the server said that it is in there but if I wanted extra, it would be another $3.50. How disappointing! Beware!
