One of the best spots in Pilsen for drinks and entertainment. The piano players always do a great job performing and taking song requests. Bartenders make generous cocktails and price range is reasonable. Pro tip, if you come on a Saturday night during the summer there is a good chance you’ll catch an after hours wedding celebration which makes for some great people watching and entertainment!

What a great spot. Pictured a quiet mellow piano bar. Sax player showed, others grabbed the mic and next thing you know it was a ripping good time. Great bar staff too.

Fun atmosphere, cozy vibes and good music.Parking: Parking can be tricky, 18th is busy. If you drive a few blocks away on side streets there are blocks of no permit free parking.

Thank you, Tack Room, for having Rene Avila's Afro Cuban Band tonight! They were soulful, I was vibin' and having a great time the entire evening. All I had was a spicy margarita and wings, and you even nailed that. I can't wait to experience another one of your guests again!

I love everything about Thalia Hall, and the Tack Room is another hidden gem there. The hours are limited, but I highly recommend stopping in for a drink and a song at the piano when it is open.

This was EXACTLY what we were looking for this past Saturday night, a fun piano bar with solid drinks and good bar food.Sure, request-driven piano bars are not exactly new, but they're also simply not that common anymore. And this was one of the best I've been too, from Nashville and NYC and back. The piano player was extremely talented, blending in TLC and other hits of the 90s with mainstays like Piano Man and Paul McCartney. In fact, his range is very reminiscent of Wings-era McCartney, probably why he immediately hopped on my request of "Maybe I'm Amazed."The drinks and food are solid, not exactly mindblowing, but far superior to whatever you'd find in Wrigleyville. An absolute blast to hang here, can't wait to be back!

Loved it, great food, good drinks, and service was pretty good too! Very nicely decorated for holidays and intimate space so easy to have a conversation, there was even live music which was sort of like piano man style.

It's a nice change of pace at Thalia hall, drinks are alright, the musicians are good, the service is great, and it gets crowded later in the evenings.
