i wouldn’t normally go out of my way to review a fast food spot, but i have to give this specific taco bell a shout-out. i’ve had more cheesy gordita crunches than i could ever count and the one i had at this location was the best i’ve ever had. was totally not expecting it, but it was a pleasant surprise! keep doing ur thing lakeview taco bell

This place has a manager who at 9:00pm has no idea of customer service or professionalism. Rude and very impolite. I called to ask her name and she wouldn't tell me and acts as if she is in the worst place In the world and hates people and her job. She doesn't need to be in charge.

I had such a great experience at this Taco Bell! I alerted the staff about my allergy and Christina communicated it to everyone who was working on the floor. The staff then was extra careful to ensure my food did not contain my allergen. Service was also fast and the food was delicious. Will be back!
