Placed order online and tracked my order for 5 ta 10 minutes with no update only to walk over to the empty store and drive through and order wasn't even started. Crew in the back joking around, employee eating outside food "Wendys* in the lobby and had to continue to wait another ~5 minutes for 6 burritos. Poor customer service, poor expression and staff need to be careful when speaking foreign languages. Some people can understand them.

Went through drive through on my way home about 15 minutes away from here. Get all the way home just to realize they gave me the wrong order. Which is funny since there wasn't a single person in line in the drive thru or inside. Tried calling to see what we could do to fix this situation but no answer and voicemail was full. I was charged $14 for like $6 of food. I'm more than a little upset

the Taco Bell in Angola has awful management. The manager with red hair, glasses, is very rude to his employees. He should not yell at them or be little them. that manager needs to learn some respect and shouldn't be allowed to work in customer servibe.

I got my food an hour late and our drinks didn't come till 30 minutes after that. We had a 3 hour timeframe and this took up half of it.

My wife and I come here (drive-thru) ALL the time and the food is always good and made exactly how we wanted (we do a lot of customizations on the app). They’re also super nice and even write on the food which thing is which. Great Taco Bell!
