Horrible attitude from the manager!!! I have come here for over 10 plus years and because I asked for extra sauce I was over charged!! She only gave me 8 more sauce packs for $1 extra. I kindly told her I didn't mind paying but no one has ever charged me extra . There aren't many taco bell restaurants around I can't believe the attitude coming from a MANAGER at that !!! If it's plenty to grab from the lobby when you order inside why am I being charged extra at the window she says because I only have ordered one sandwich. As a MANAGER DO BETTER !!!! I will NOT be returning !!!

It's 445 on a Friday there's nobody in the drive-through and two people at the register I waited 10 minutes, and when I said hello again, she rudely said, can you give me a moment as if I had not waited 10 minutes already when it's fast food and she couldn't handle the two customers she had inside when there was nobody at the window the worst customer service ever and that's not to say it's always like this. It was this specific time with this specific person whoever the she was.
