If you’re an ethical diner this is not the place for you. Just a reminder, the family that owns this business attended the January 6th insurrection. If that’s not bad enough the US department of labor forced them to pay their workers almost $700,000 in back pay after the owners deprived staff of their rightful wages and skimmed off tips. Before all this happened I went to this place a few times, meeting friends for dinner and lunch. It was honestly quite mediocre. I hope they at least stepped up their food and ambience game to bring back lost business due to their controversies and honorless business practices.

Even if you've heard rumors about this place, when you think of a pho restaurant, it seems challenging to find a place that can surpass the taste of this one, at least in the United States.

It’s the fist time I stopped by after pandemic. I used to love the food here. However, i am so disappointed. Food quality is way much worse than previously. 17% tips was charged automatically on the bill. No air conditioning at all. I definitely won’t come back again.

I went in for Vietnamese coffee and was charged $8.86 for it. Close to $9 for a coffee that had 75% of ice. Im from nyc and used to expensive prices. The price is absurd. I should of asked before ordering. This place is a tourist trap and rip off. Don’t come here unless you want your money drained. Insanely expensive, a Vietnamese coffee in nyc is around $6.50 and that’s high.

We ordered takeout and it was completely horrible, it tasted burnt. It got burned and even though, they deliver it that way. Everything was horrible. We had to throw it away. And on top of that super expensive.

I love the food but knowing that ownership participated in January 6th and now they play country music is weird. I’ve been going here since i was little and now all of the sudden they play american country music when they never did before. Not a good ambiance knowing what i know…
