This was my first time at this location and it was phenomenal. The ambiance feels inviting, warm, personal and touch of “home”. It felt like I was having lunch at my house. The food was very tasteful and well seasoned. I am one of those people that usually go with the “hamburger” or “chicken strips” because I am scared to try other foods. I ordered the red beans and rice with sausage and shrimp skewer. It was very delicious. The service was excellent.

We dined at Tas Eatery this evening for an impromptu date night. It was a quiet atmosphere with Bob Marley lightly playing in the background (just what we needed after a long week). We were greeted by chef Tanya and her mom! Tanya and her mom were warm and welcoming. The food was excellent (Jerk chicken and yellow rice, and the surf and turf) and tasty… as well as the service.After our meal, we were toured for their beautiful event space capable of seating 60.I highly recommend dining here as a great alternative to all the endless Italian and pizza restaurants on Harlem!Lastly, it was nice to support a black owned restaurant with honestly good food.

A hidden gem! We finally got to try out Tas Eatery and it did not disappoint! This restaurant has such a warm and inviting feel to it, we really enjoyed our overall experience from start to finish. We ordered the oxtail which was a special for the evening. So tender and flavorful! We also ordered the red snapper which had a perfect blend of sweet and spice! I loved that our dishes were served nice and hot! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive! An overall great experience! Can't wait to return!

Had a wonderful lunch today at Tas Eatery. I ordered the salmon sliders on a pretzel roll. It was very tasty and came with very fresh side salad. My friend had the chicken with brown sauce on a small waffle that also was very delicious. Had the pineapple ginger lemonade which was very nice. Ice cream with bourbon sauce was a nice finisher. I will be back!

One of the best UberEats experience I’ve ever had. Especially as a vegan. What they put on their menu with a “V” is true to their word. No confusion which usually happens with online orders. This was confirmed by the restaurant themself when a lady returned my call call even after I didn’t leave a VM. I called after my food was delivered and she remembered my order and the notes I put in there. She was such a treat to talk to for our 5min phone call. Went above and beyond explaining their vegan items and the ingredients. As well as letting me know of their upcoming events. I told myself this food betta be good for the price and it is! The portions are healthy. I’m sure since I did Uber eats the markup on taxes and such probably took up most of the price as a convenience fee. So happy to have another option with both vegan and non vegan options that me and my family can eat together. Vegan options with real true sustenance and not an afterthought. Food definitely tastes like it was made with love and care. I will be eating here again!Dietary restrictions: As said above…good sustenance, portion, and taste of food with love and care with all their ingredients. They understand the difference between vegan and vegetarian. Vegan options are definitely not an afterthought like you see with most places that primarily serve non-vegan food.
