I feel personally victimized by this place closing at 5:00 PM. Their sandwiches are otherworldly, you won’t be disappointed!

Let me start by saying that I am kind of a sandwich snob. With that said, the Cubano sandwich I had here was fantastic. The cilantro garlic butter on the bread is such a nice touch. And I don’t even like cilantro!Adding this to my list of favorite lunch spots in the city.

Ordered one sandwich and one bag of chips for takeout, tipped 20% only to get home and find my (stapled shut) bag didn’t have my chips. Place is good, but cmon have some better quality control if you’re gonna ask for tips upfront.

Fantastic sandwiches. Got the B Franklin which was a fantastic turkey with a great blend of flavors. My fiancé loved the caprese sandwich. We also got a charcuterie spread with a great variety of quality meats and cheeses.I recently ordered takeout and when I arrived at home discovered one sandwich missing. The team was very prompt and offered to deliver me a replacement. I appreciate their willingness to make things right!I will definitely be going back!

Chicago's crime rate spiked, I heard it was because there was only one Cubano 2.0 sandwich left and people fought each other for it. Matter of fact im sitting in the back of a police cruiser right now and they took the rest of my sandwich.

Honestly very disappointed. First of all our delivery was over $70 for two sandwiches, soup and a side. I got the chicken parm and it was very bland and had the consistency of rubber. The broccoli chedder was okay but very salty... The turkey B Franklin was good but nothing special and definitely overpriced. Lastly I enjoyed the arincini. Maybe we just ordered the wrong sandwiches on the wrong day....

Decent sandwich but overpriced. Especially when they are out of sides and still expect you to pay full

The Southside Johnny is the best sandwich I've ever had and it's not even close.

Great local deli with some exceptional sandwiches worth the extra expense. The fact that they make their own meats is hard to find these days and everything is super flavorful and fresh. Mortadella is off the charts good. They offer all kinds of other products in their coolers and shelves from wine to olives to cheese. Can’t beat a local neighborhood shop like this. Not in the greatest area but looks to be slowly improving.

The atmosphere in the shop was incredibly welcoming, with everyone being super friendly, whether they were attending to me or not. Greetings flowed freely, creating a cool and inclusive vibe. Now, let’s talk about the food—the meatball sandwich? Absolutely ridiculous! The arancinis took things to a whole new level of radical, and as for the chicken soup, it was nothing short of extraordinary. A comforting symphony of flavors and warmth that not only met but exceeded all expectations. This place is a definite culinary gem!
