Manager was beyond disrespectful. Approaching me with "First of all", because we came in with a party of 16 and they said they only do parties with as many as 6. So we were asking hostess if we can be seated separately into 6s and the manager came up so I began to tell him what was going and he said "hold on, hold on, hold on, first of all (with an attitude) I haven't even got to introduce myself yet, what is the issue and I will try and help " which you introducing yourself is not needed we could all tell you were the manager. You walked up to the hostess stand and was listening to what hostess had to say. He would not split us up or offer crackers to my crying 2 year old son who was so hungry he kept saying mommy I eat I hungry. or even offer us to order food to go. he had absolutely no problem turning us down with absolutely no solution. I would have gave them ONE STAR but I gave two because the employees were nice so I gave TWO STARS. You do not run a restaurant as a manager and speak to a customer that way.A very beyond unprofessional experience I was flabbergasted.

This place was not great at all. The service was terrible I felt very rushed to order and the waiter was acting like he didn't want to be there. I ordered the potato skins appetizer and it tasted like a microwave meal. Then the food came and I got the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was so hard I couldn't even bite through it. My partner's items that he paid extra for never came and I didn't have water the entire time even after I asked for a refill. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place.

My friends and I went to celebrate one of the girls birthday on Friday 19th 24 around 9/10pm. Our waitress was amazing. I can’t complain about the service at all. The food was good and everything seemed to be perfect and went as smooth as possible, however all 5 of us got food poisoned, the next day we (5 people) all woke up nauseous, vomiting, with terrible stomach pain, one of us ended up in the ER and was told she probably got the stomach flu. We didn’t order the same, but it was similar food, I can’t say we were hungover because only the birthday girl ordered a cocktail and we didn’t drink any alcohol after this, so it was definitely food poisoning. Again, the service was excellent and I’m not complaining about the service, I’m giving a 1 star because the restaurant has to be careful with the food preparation because we definitely got stomach sick from eating this food.
Atmosphere is a bit dark and dreary. Food OK as expected but not outstanding either. Ok for the price.

Hostess was sleep at the desk upon entering. She was extremely Rude!!! Waiter was friendly but walked away from table in the middle of taking my order. Never mentioned or asked how would I like my food cooked. I Love TGI Friday's but I will not visit or recommend this location. Just because they are downtown don't mean they have excellent Service!!! The pasta was tasteless. The spinach dip was soupy and my daughter burger was undercooked.

Me & my girlfriend ordered the Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta. She ordered her’s without chicken, I ordered mine with chicken. My pasta swimming in a bowl of oil & sauce. The chicken in my pasta was barely seasoned, it was terrible. The shrimp was cooked beautifully though.Our server was Maria, who did a beautiful job which is why we tipped! but I sent the pasta back & ordered their traditional wings & I got the Apple Butter BBQ flavor. The sauce? amazing. But the wings? were tough as hell. I tapped the wing on the plate it came on & the sound was similar to being at a wedding & someone tapping their glass with their fork to make a toast.My girlfriend and I also had lemonade with our food. Our drinks were so watered down, it didn’t taste better than the little packets that you open & pour into a water bottle to make lemonade. So we sent them back & ordered strawberry lemonade & it was the same result.This was my first time ever going to TGI Fridays and it was a complete waste of time & money

Loved the Breakfast selection and the quick/attentive service, I would recommend more on the go options for us business folks who are always on the go. A grab an go option like the airport would be ideal. Truly enjoyed the experience even though we were in a hurry. Thank you for getting us in and out fast! We will be back soon!

Worse place ever went here on today. There was no host we waited 20 minutes before someone came to seat us. The bar staff was having some type of controversy. I ordered the sirloin steak medium rare , my food came the steak was like a hockey puck, the mash potatoes was like soft puddy in 2 small balls, the broccoli was ice cold. The seever was phenomenal I appreciate her because of her excellence. My families food was ok but I'm over disappointed. Terrible experience won't be back.

I came to this location after taking my son to a doctor appointment at lurie children’s hospital and I must say the lady waitress was phenomenal the manager was phenomenal if you are ever in the area please go and enjoy some great food as well as great staff you will not be disappointed
