Staff needs to be more organized! Kept bringing us the wrong items, added 3 things on the bill that we didn't order. Just remember to check itemized receipt before you sign out!

Kept coming to our table with the wrong itemsCharged us incorrectly and then it took over 20 minutes to be rectified. Food is good.

Food is awful and expensive. Don’t know why it says $10-$20 here because you will absolutely pay more, especially with a bogus 3.99% charge on cards. The only vegetarian option is avocado toast and it inexplicably doesn’t come with a side. Ripoff.

I went to The Reveler on a weekend night during a Formula 1 race. Despite how busy it was, our waitress was great. She was very attentive, checking in with us often. However, my experience hit a snag when I bit into the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. I noticed a blueish-green fuzzy spot at the corner of where I took a bite. I flagged down our waitress and she immediately apologized and had the kitchen prepare me a new one. I at least hope that a manager was notified and that this issue wasn't just swept under the rug because moldy food is no joke. They definitely need to address some quality food control after an incident like that.

Traveled to Chicago for St. Patty’s day with friends and opted for a visit to the Reveler. Despite being promised domestic drafts and a meal ticket for $60, we were disappointed to find only Bud Light available as the "domestic drafts." The flyers around the bar even advertised "domestic drafts," plural, which was misleading. Our disappointment continued when we received our meal ticket, only to be served a plain hot dog, not even a Chicago-style one, without any sides, and barely warm. We were relieved we didn't pay extra for a reserved table and won't be recommending this place to friends or returning next year.

Friday night, not that busy at the bar or in the restaurant, came in with a pre-planned group, waited 15 mins for a server, she didn't take our drink order, waited again and finally went to the bar ourselves. Bartender was grumpy, but at least she was quick. Server disappeared again for another 15 mins, came back with water pitchers, but no glasses. Another 10 mins, water glasses came. Just overall bad, indifferent servers and bar staff. #1 thing you do on a Friday night is get drinks in front of people. Not sure how staff is trained these days, but this place is seriously lacking.

One of my favorite bars in Roscoe! They have a great menu and the food is always consistent and delicious. Their wait staff is knowledgeable on their drink selections and I’ve never been disappointed when I ask for recommendations. They have a lot of space and their room rental/f&b minimums are fairly cheap.

A solid neighborhood pub that isn’t worth driving across town for. But if you are close by looking for a place to hang out (and see amateur comedy) it’s worth it for sure. Great burgers too!

We went to the Reveler to watch F1 in the morning with friends. I cannot stress enough how lackluster the food is. We ordered biscuits and gravy, pancakes, chilaquiles, and burgers. The pancakes were lumpy while the chilaquiles were served cold at less than room temp. I think even a college student can cook better than this. While the beer was decent, the food has some of the worst quality and taste you can find in the bar(or really any establishment) in the neighborhood.Furthermore, I can understand that service can be slow when there is a packed house, but having to wait upwards of 30 minutes for our bill when most of the bar is empty is unusual. That was on top of having to wait 30-40 minutes to even PLACE an order. Add to that the fact that multiple waiters were serving the wrong dishes to the wrong table(this happened to us and others around as well).

3.5 rounding up. Nice neighborhood bar. Very spacious and lots of TVs, trivia night on Tuesday. Food is OK, but good selection of draft beers.

We had our baby shower at the Reveler over this last weekend. We cannot stress enough how amazing our whole experience was. The GM was very kind and was so accommodating to our event. The venue was extremely spacious allowing for our large guest list of over 100 people. We were able to arrive early in order to set up. The bartenders and servers were such amazing people and helped us set up and breakdown! We had food come out and once it was depleted it was replenished extremely quickly, all our guests were nice and full. Everyone at the party commented to us about how the food was delicious. During the party we had plenty of room for our guests standing and seated and enough space for all our baby shower games. The staff worked very hard and made sure to always have our guests fed, drinks in hand and bussed everything quickly so there wasn’t any clutter. Once the party was done they graciously helped us to clean our decorations and load the gifts into our vehicle to take home. All around we are so thankful to have chosen the reveler for our event and 100% plan on going back more/doing additional events with them. Thank you so much to all the kind people that were with us that day. The staff really went above and beyond to make it a memorable, smooth, and enjoyable experience. We will be back to see you all again soon.

I would have given 5 stars but for two issues... (1) our waitress became noticeably neglectful of my requests for libations after my 2nd round of the Sunday bottomless Mimosa-Bloody Mary special, and (2) the reserved section in the corner where 3 little kids had run of the place as if it were a Chuck E Cheese. My social group are frequent local brunch goers and may or may not come back. If you're going to have bottomless, it's just not very brunchy to try to covertly cut customers off after two drinks. Nevertheless, we still ordered plenty of food and other drink, purchased Girl Scout cookies from the kids who came in selling them, and tipped generously.

I was at the reveler for a bday party so I didn't have too much food but had a few drinks which were fantastic. The only food I had was the chicken pesto pizza which was really good. The server assigned to our party was Eve and she was amazing! She took care of the large party seamlessly and paid attention to everyone equally. Our whole party had a lot of fun here!

The Reveler sits at Roscoe and Damen in the heart of idyllic Roscoe Village. The restaurant is pretty and clean. The staff is warm and attentive. The food is tasty and on point. This is THE spot to watch ANY game, but they also have trivia, bingo, bartending classes. and lots of neat spaces to host a private event. Check it. <3Kid-friendliness: This is a super family friendly establishment even offering free kids entrees Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm with the purchase of a regular entree. They even host kid friendly events such as a NYE at Noon event that was tons of fun for everyone. It is a perfect spot to host a birthday party. They even have this huge Connect Four game that the kids and adults love.
