These smash burgers are immaculate!Salty, caramelized, and seasoned to perfection. When I think about a smash burger this is the joint I’ll now imagine in my mind.I lived in SoCal for 10 years and only returned to Chicago last year. Having experienced in&out for an over a decade I can honestly say these animals are certified in&out style! The sauce, the onions, the thin cut fresh tasting fry are all almost the same as the OG in cali.It was my first time going in last night and I’d say I will be coming back for sure. I ordered the double and my gf ordered the single and both were great! She substituted her fries for the Route 41 salad and I didn’t taste it but it looked amazing.The entire restaurant smells like some tasty pizza as well but we didn’t try any this time. I’ll add that around 630 when we went in there was mainly families with kids. So keep that in mind that there’s a family friendly atmosphere and if that’s not what you’re looking for just FYI. Also, there wasn’t any beer on draft at this time.Lastly, everyone who works here was so friendly! Loved that about this place and the fact that the check comes on an original Nintendo cartridge, that’s badass!
Amazing pizza and great fries. Both the regular crust and gluten-free crust are good. The GF crust in particular is the best GF crust we've had to date. My only criticism is that the garlic knots were a little too garlicky and greasy for my taste, but they were still good overall. Would absolutely come here again

I love Stop Along. It’s my favorite Pizza and Burger not only the neighborhood, but in all of Chicago. On a cold winter night, it is always the right move to get the All the Right Moves pizza. It’s so good!I’m so glad they put in protected bike lanes in front of the restaurant too. As a local resident it’s so much easier to visit. It makes the area much more pleasant and as a bonus, I’m extra hungry when it’s time to eat.

Love the 80's throwback feel of our neighborhood pizza shop! It's colorful, bright, old school, arcade vibe is EVERYTHING 80's. Like stepping back in time with great music and spectacular pizza and apps! The "truffle shuffle p8zza" has been my go-to for the past 6 years. My husband lives "all the right moves pizza" and the garlic knots are amazing!!Parking: Lots of street paid parking is available.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly with cool arcade games to play.

All I have to say is eww.. the place has flies everywhere indoors... in the winter season... something is off here.. me and my date canceled our dine in order and left immediately.. they have pest issues.
Just got back from dinner here- I have been here several times over the last six years. The experience my fiancée and I just had was so unfortunate- what happened to The Stop Along? Where are the fun and friendly staff that used to work here?The atmosphere felt hostile, the ladies working were unfriendly and the older lady made my fiancée feel uncomfortable when he asked for their beer selection (he said it felt like an interrogation). The younger ladies working seemed worried when talking to the older lady as she barked orders at them and in turn they hardly spoke. In general they were more focused on their assigned cleaning than serving customers. There were fruit flies everywhere. It was bizarre and felt like a different restaurant.The burgers were so wet my fiancées fell apart. My burger was good but so juicy it was more wet than normal, I was hungry so I ate it and liked it as I normally did, it just was harder to eat. The cheese fries were delicious so I was happy!Honestly, after this experience we will no longer eat here. We felt so uncomfortable I actually felt like I was in trouble because it felt so hostile. To the owners of the restaurant: please look into the wellness of your staff- please make sure they feel safe and enjoy working at the restaurant. I don’t think it’s their fault, I honestly think whomever was managing was making them act this way. This restaurant is all about fun vibes- this felt awful.
