A lovely Turkish restaurant. We were expecting a pleasant enough generic Mediterranean experience and that is not what this was. We really enjoyed our meal and the food was amazing!

I recently dined at Turquoise café and restaurant in Chicago, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was decent, with their mix grill standing out as particularly tender and well-seasoned. However, I found their mezza platter to be just okay, lacking the appetizing factor I was hoping for. On the brighter side, their salads were fresh and delightful. Their Lahem Ajun is crispy and well baked. But what truly stole the show for me was their Arak; it was incredibly delicious and refreshing, adding a perfect touch to the meal.

Really cool place. Good service especially for a packed Friday night. Went with a large group. Enjoyed the mezze platter but nothing stood out to me from it specifically. And ordered the salmon because it was a lent Friday and I couldn't personally have meat. I think my review suffered due to not having meat. The salmon was good but I wanted to try the lamb or chicken at a restaurant serving middle eastern cuisine. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food though.

We had an elementary school reunion last night and everyone loved Turquoise! We had the mushroom cheesy flatbread and maze plate to start and many said the flatbread was the best they'd ever had. I will say my Turkish delight was significantly smaller and less pretty than in the past but truly delicious as were the lamb and chicken kebobs. Have been many times and will be back. Great place for a date or a gathering.

I and my family really enjoyed our whole experience. We were celebrating my brother's birthday and looking for a new place. First, we all thought the food was great, unique and flavorful. Our waiter was lighthearted, super attentive and good humored. Even the owner was super personable and easy to speak with. Overall we had a great time and plan on becoming regulars!

Such a great experience! This is a family run business and they're always busy! Do yourself a favor and make a reservation. The food was delicious and the cocktails were well crafted with good liquor. The menu has a lot of variety and has just the right amount of options. We went three times in two months. The atmosphere is energetic but warm. I love sitting on the side with the piano, especially when the pianist is there. Would highly recommend.

Food was good and prepared to our satisfaction. My only disappointment was the slow response to recieve a cup of coffee and no seconds offered. Miss on the menu was the breaded chicken that was a favorite of mine there.

Food and drink were great. Highly recommend the chicken kebab and Turkish Feta Salad. Staff are friendly and the space has a comfortable and cozy feel. Great for a date night or just going out for a bite. will be back again

The ambiance is cozy and comfortable. The service was great, server overhead we were not happy with the bread because it was dry and almost burnt and brought us a fresh one! I'm not sure if I had very high expectations but food was missing some flavor but also please note this is my first Turkish restaurant! For cocktails definitely would come back for the turquoise martini! The coffee martini one was ok but not for ordering a second one ! Baklava are a must!!!

Service was excellent-drink were delicious! I had the Green Banana-very smooth. My partner had whiskey mule and thought the addition of the bourban was delish. Our hummus app was tasty, and I was given veggie as I am gluten free. Our entress of beef kabobs and manti (turkish ravioli). Both were seasoned perfectly!
