I was craving bhindi ka bhujiya and daal Chawal. So i ordered bhindi and made daal chawal. It was pretty good. I wish they had a simpler version without spices though.

Awful food. Awful customer service. Awful atmosphere. Not worth your time eating here. If you want Indian, eat at Cumin or any other Indian spot in the area. This place is the worst. Also stop mass emailing me I’ve unsubscribed 3 separate times. Not interested.

The staff is very very and I mean very slow I came for a pick that was said to be ready and when I got here it wasn’t. And waited another 15 minutes for it. And the place was emptyKid-friendliness: Girl at front desk is lazy and won’t check on anything

I went a wedding engagement ceremony there. The food was delicious-- the goat curry was the bomb... momos were just fun the streets of Kathmandu. The service staff was polite & attentive. The owner was there busting his a$$ off to ensure the party was a succeed.

I was really disappointed with the food, especially for the price. I tried the butter chicken and garlic naan. The butter chicken was okay, but not the best and not worth ordering again. The butter chicken comes with rice, which granted is just plain basmati rice but it was pretty sad (you could make better steamed rice at home). The naan was the worst I've ever had. It was a very thin naan that tasted like flour. The food was prepared very quickly--I got a text it was ready 6 minutes after I placed the order. It was also pricey for very standard sized portions ($32 with tax).

We got lunch catered on 11/11/23.It was very tasteless.None of the item was perfect in taste or appetising. We were celebrating and had guests over, so it was very embarrassing. We complained later in the evening, but have not heard back from them.I would never order from Vajra, neither would recommend it to anyone. The serving size of the dessert was very small, still this is what was left over, as no one wanted it after one person tried it.Very disappointing meal and experience.

Our go-to Indian spot for takeout. We've tried the samosa, butter chicken, dal makhani (lentils), bhindi masala (okra), various biriyanis, and Goan fish curry (made with salmon --- and comes with so much delicious sauce we didn't want it to go to waste so added another piece of salmon at home and made it into another meal!). All dishes are fantastic. Since we live close we don't mind that they're still takeout only for right now. Menu is on the pricey side, but it just seems like food cost is up overall and not coming down anytime soon.

The best food. We order from here at least once a week. The food is so flavourful, big portions, perfect sauce thickness and heat. Spice wizards!

Good but very overpriced and overhyped. Not worth $55 (including tip and tax), especially because it was 30+ mins
