VP is one of the best pizza restaurants in the country. My favorite is the meat lovers ? pizza. Every bite has just the right texture, fresh ingredients, and celestial seasoning that will make love to your taste buds. We love the thin crust pizza, but tonight it was awful. Crust was thick and like cardboard, skimpy cheese, pizza was white on top even though we requested well done. Incredibly disappointing.

After placing my order, the male cashier( who was very friendly)took my card information but he put it in incorrectly and when the manager called me to tell me the card wasn’t going through, he kept hanging up on me. I asked him to repeat the card number that I gave the cashier when I placed my order, and he wouldn’t even do that. Comes to show, it WAS their mistake. He was being very rude to me and I had to get my husband involved. He wouldn’t tell me his name and threatened us he was going to call the police if we went to the restaurant ourselves. Very unprofessional and I’ve been ordering from them for over 10 years. It’s not the first time he is rude to us. When it happens, we let it go but enough is enough. Somebody has to put him in his place. He’s running a business and yet doesn’t know how to talk to people and can’t give out his name? Ive been waiting for over 30 minutes for my food just to tell me my card didn’t go through. That’s ridiculous. This guy needs to be FIRED!! He always carries a sassy attitude for everything, If you don’t like your job, quit and stop giving people a hard time for god sakes! Very Disappointing.. 0 stars.
