Ordered a TRIPLE BACONATOR hoping for a full juicy sandwich after a long day and very little to eat only to come home and unwrap this…. Wendy’s was my go to guess I’m sticking to Burger King moving forward. I’m not angry just really Disappointed .

Subject: Unpleasant Experience Due to Employee's Inappropriate CommentDuring my recent visit on 12/29/2023, I encountered a disappointing incident at the 57th and Kedzie location. An employee made a racially insensitive comment. I understand that employee's may not be bilingual, but interrupting a customer while they're ordering and saying, "We don't speak Spanish here." is highly inappropriate and offensive. This behavior does not align with the values of respect and inclusivity that customers expect, especially in a highly Mexican/Latino populated neighborhood. I urge management to address this issue promptly and implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to. The manager and employees are super rude, ignorant and have an attitude. The employee at the drive thru gave me back my change incorrectly and rushed me out of the window. Then continue to ignore me and respond with “I’m taking orders, it’s not my fault”.

If I could give them a negative review I would. Girl at the drive-thru laughed and gossiped the entire time I attempted to give my order. She asked me to repeat myself 3 times, all the while still gossiping on an open mic, I heard everything she said. They then proceed to give me the wrong order and throw the ketchup at me when I asked for it. These young ladies are awful, no etiquette, no manners, no customer service skills whatsoever, no ability to listen and hear what customers say. Positively terrible.

Stay away from this miserable place. The unfriendly staff will suck the life right out of you. From their half-witted cooks with no FOH training to their dull and obtuse managers, this place is a breeding ground for low-iq activities. They also purposely turn off their online ordering during promotions in order to not honor them. What a joke. Stay away from this place. And corporate Wendy’s needs to demolish this trash location.
