I usually don't give bad feedback because people need their jobs and we as citizens need to try and keep good restaurant in the neighborhood. But the service and food I received yesterday from the location on (I think it's) 83rd Ashland was awful. The cashier was very pleasant when she finally took my order after standing in line for 18 minutes. (I did time it). Because I was in the drive through but I was just sitting there for a while so I decided to park and go in. After I ordered, it was almost 30 minutes later when I go my food. I think this is unacceptable and I will not be back to that location. I only went to that location because I got off the Metro train 2 blocks away and my sweet nephews wanted some Wendy's. That's the only reason I couldn't leave. I feel I am a patient person but that long wait was unacceptable especially when I'm looking at a whole staff behind the counter. I really like Wendy's food but when I got home, every burger I got in my bag looked like clothes returned to the store after being worn. Mine as well as my family's food was dry and the vegetables on it was wilted. I hope I'm not getting anyone in trouble for my experience but it was not good. I placed 2 separate orders and spent over $50 for both. The food should have been good as well as the service.

This location automatically up charges your order, thus, charging you more. The worker actually told me that the menus are priced for small sizes, but their registers are programmed to charge for mediums. They don’t provide receipts so you never really know what you’re paying for.
