It’s 87th and Lafayette, what do you expect when a restaurant chain represents its surroundings, expectations aren’t that high. Despite placing my order through the mobile app, my order, which was supposed to be fresh, hot, and ready, was prepared 40 minutes before I arrived at the drive-thru. If I hadn't spoken up, I would have received a cold order. During my visit, I witnessed a roach on the floor, employees making inappropriate hand gestures, and using profane language in the presence of women and children. The experience was overwhelming.

Mobile Order, still not ready after killing time for them to prepare it. Left car went inside to see what the hold up is....No baked potatoes?? No ingredients for loaded fries (as a substitute)?? No Cinabon desserts? The staff was nice about it but still. You do baked potatoes, that's what makes you different why no BAKED POTATOES!?!

I went last Sunday . . . Asked for a fresh 2 for $3 and a French toast. . They give me the food it was cold . . They told me they would remake the potato wedges and the French toast but the sandwich had just been fresh .I said that's fine . . I pulled up so that they can make my food fresh. I look at the sandwich. There's a huge hair on it. I'm going inside and just asking for my money bag like that's disgusting . . .

For the last 2 months their pop machine has tasted horrible and they have been told about it several times but have done nothing about it. They often don’t even have ice. I usually don’t leave reviews but they REALLY need to do better

Drive thru was a little long so I went inside service was alright a little wait but not long as that drive thru ?
My food was nasty with cold French fries maybe because it was late idk but I won't be coming back anytime soon, my crispy chicken was so dry and I asked for mayo on my double stack without onions and she just took the onions off no mayo ?they were out of lemonade and most drinks I had to settle for a ginger ale.
