Well, I gave the food 5 stars but keep in mind it is Wendy's drive-thru food. Everything was hot and seemed fresh. That being said I am writing this review because of the enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly young man working the drive thru window this evening. I wish I asked his name. He seemed genuinely happy to be there. Well done young man.

Didn't they used to be better? Maybe it's just me. Maybe it's the location. Normally I stick with a baked potato and chili. I wanted to try the pretzel bun baconator sandwich this time and it was okay. Service was fine, store was clean.

It’s funny that this has any 5 star reviews at all, this might be the single worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s actually funny how bad this place is. It’s my local wendy’s so I’ve been there a lot, but every time i’ve been there, there is always a customer clearly under the influence of drugs and I have even seen a drug deal happen inside the restaurant. I also don’t think there has been a single time where they gave me the correct order, every single time I go there I get the wrong order. I wouldn’t mind if this place closed down.

I really tried to give this location a fair shake, but after several orders with missing items, sloppily made burgers, and rubbery, stale fries, I finally gave up. Bad food and unfriendly staff. Sorry, guys. Do better.

I’ve been here twice in the past 2 weeks. First time they messed up my order. Second time I ordered ahead on my app and when I get there it’s not ready. Had to sit in the mobile order parking for 20 minutes! I only ordered 1 meal.

I ordered the new grilled chicken wrap. It was cold and poorly put together. I also ordered a baked potato. It was Luke warm. I was given no straw for my lemonade nor any napkins in the bag. This was a drive thru order. Terrible!! A waste of $14.

Ordered 10 nuggets, only got 8 and they were a lot smaller than normal, tasted and felt like they were just frozen nuggets I could buy at costco for a lot cheaper.

While back I gave up on this place the food was terrible. I decided to give it a try again due to a busy day. Have too say a little better than the last time. I don't know what happened to Wendy's when they 1st opened ,they were the to place for a good almost home cooked burger. It would be nice to see that come back. But I think it's all about getting the food out and get the money. Too bad!!

I come here often (mainly because it's the closest wendy's to me and for my kiddos), the service is consistently inconsistent. For my one pleasant experience, I have about 4 terrible ones. Most often, the order is wrong, followed by app- related issues. Eating inside, over walked into employees sitting on the front counter and greet me with a "hey, you good?". Unimpressive. It's consistently a bad experience, with underwhelming service. Unfortunate for me that this is the wendy's that is near me. Blessings.
